An Advising Thinktank has been established and will begin meeting in January to further review best practices and to evaluate the pilot programs. Will include a survey of ARCC students, faculty, and staff. Identify issues/concerns (if any) identified Needs Assessment – Various opportunities for ARCC and ATC students, faculty, and staff to share thoughts about areas of need with regard to diversity. Interactive Forums – Multiple opportunities for ATC and ARCC students, faculty, and staff to review, discuss, and provide feedback on the diversity plan as it is developed. All students that have been granted access can receive a free copy of Microsoft Office for use at home for no cost. Cell coverage has been enhanced at ARCC Coon Rapids to allow students to use their personal mobile devices. Wireless coverage has been enhanced across all three campuses for student use. Computer labs have been put on a 4 year rotation to ensure student have access to modern technology. Wireless printing has been implemented to ensure student may use their personal devices for printing. Chromebooks are being piloted at ARCC and ATC to increase the number of available workstations to be used in labs and classrooms Initiative 3.1.1 – Ensure Briefly summarize your initiative efforts to date: Continue to implement our financial literacy tool, affordability for all GradReady. GradReady is free and available to current or former students, staff, and faculty. It is applicable to everyone, not just students receiving financial aid.
