Instructions:
1. Please complete the application. In order to complete the application, you will need access to your infinite
campus account and your most recent Wolf Point report. You will also need to obtain recommendations
from 2 teachers and one community member. A community member can be defined as a business
owner/manager, a clergyperson, or an elected official. The community member cannot be related to the
candidate.
2. Please attach your most recent merit report to your application. Applications that do not include the
applicant’s merit report will be returned to the applicant and will not be evaluated.
Baseline:
In order to be considered for college ready status, students should meet the following baseline criteria. Failure
to meet the baseline criteria will result in denial of college ready status.
1. Scholars must be passing all classes.
2. Scholars must have at least a 3.25 cumulative grade point average.
3. Scholars must have 98% attendance.
4. Scholars must have a Wolf Point average of at least 100.
5. Scholars must have enough service learning hours to be on track to meet graduation requirements.

The Process
The college ready status process is as follows:

*Scholars are encouraged to receive feedback positively and to reapply if the decision is not in their favor. Scholars will
be recognized during assemblies/family meeting and an induction ceremony once accepted. A letter of recognition will
also be sent home.
