The Pennsylvania Surplus Lines Association cordially invites you to attend the

meeting in Western Pennsylvania at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh.
At this meeting we will bring together the various elements comprising the surplus
lines marketplace in Pennsylvania. The Annual Meeting is a vitally important
opportunity for you, your company and your colleagues to gain information relating
to industry changes, emerging risks and regulatory developments.

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh might be all shiny and new, but the building and the city go
way back. As in, President Teddy Roosevelt back. To be precise, the year was 1903 when the
city’s iconic Beaux Arts-style building was erected, and it has had many lives since, firstly an
electric company and lastly the home of Reed Smith law firm. Today, while the exterior retains
its original glory, the inside is stamped with the Kimpton Hotel Monaco’s signature style:
vibrant and whimsical, with bold pops of color. Collections of art and sculpture abound,
arousing the curiosities of the diverse group of visitors.

Directions from the North
Travel 1-79S to I-579 (Veteran’s Bridge). Take the Seventh Avenue exit, and then continue onto
Seventh Avenue. Turn left onto William Penn Place, and Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is
on the left.
Directions from South and West
Travel I-79N follow signs to I-376 East to Pittsburgh. Follow I-376E to Pittsburgh. Take exit 71A
on the left to merge onto Grant Street. Turn left onto Seventh Avenue, then again onto William
Penn Place. Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is on the left.
Directions from East
Travel I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) and exit onto I-376W/US-22 towards Pittsburgh. Take exit
71A on the left to merge onto Grant Street. Turn left onto Seventh Avenue, then again onto
William Penn Place. Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is on the left.

PSLA’s special link or by calling 855-338-3837. Please be sure to indicate that you are part of
the PSLA Annual Meeting to secure the special negotiated rate of $209.00/night (plus
applicable taxes). This special rate will be available only to PSLA members attending the Annual
Meeting until April 10, 2017 or until the room block is sold out, after which regular rates apply
upon availability.

Surplus Lines Association, 180 Sheree Boulevard, Suite 3100, Exton, PA 19341.
To qualify for Early Registration, this form and your check must be postmarked by March 20, 2017.
Cancellations received in writing on or before April 21, 2017 will receive a full refund. Written
notifications are accepted via email ([email protected]), fax (610-594-7623) or U.S. mail. No
refunds will be made after close of business April 21, 2017.
A separate registration form must be completed for each registrant. An identification badge will be
issued to each registrant based on the registration form received.
