This week’s spelling focus is: looking at the suffix ‘-tion’ and ‘-sion’.
(As our spellings our now differentiated, Group 1 will be revisiting some of last
week’s spellings, to really secure them).
We will be revisiting it in a variety of contexts during Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday’s literacy lessons, ready for a spelling test and dictation on
Thursday.
