Sub: Allotment of fund during the current financial year of 2014-15 under One Time Additional
Central Assisfance @TACA) in respect of schemes "Anti-Erosion work on the left
bank of river Fulhar of length 550.0 m from burning ghat to upstream of river at
Namotala in P.S.-Ratua, Block-Ratua-|, Dist.-Malda" and "Anti-Erosion work on the
left bank of river Fulhar of length 640.0 m from burning ghat to downstream of
river at Debipur in P.S.-Ratua, Block-Ratua-1, Dist.-Malda" under Mahananda
Embankment Division originally included in Annual Plan 2012-13 out of State Plan
(Voted) Budget of lrrigation & Waterways Department, Subordinate to Demand No. 32
contained in BP No. 20.
The undersigned is directed to say that Administrative Approval was accorded to above stated
two schemes under One Time Additional CentralAssistance (OTACA) vide this Department No. 58-lB
dated 02.08.2013 with the concurrence of Finance (Audit) Department, Group-F U.O. No.59 dated
01.07.2013 originally proposed and included in Annual Plan of 2012-13 under State Plan Budget of
this Department, subordinate to Demand No.32 as contained in B.P. No.20.
Further to above, an aggregate sum of t 1271.84 Lakh was allotted in connection with the
aforesaid two schemes in two installments vide this Department's No. 180-lFS(W) dated 30.10.2013
and No. 292-lFS(W) dated 3.03.2014 as detailed in the Annexure to the respective orders and the
said sum has been reported as fully utilized.
Now, the undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor is pleased
to allot a further sum of 910.12 Lakh (Rupees Nine Crore Ten Lakh and Twelve Thousand) only

for the said two schemes as detailed in the Annexure to this order out of the State Plan (Vote-onAccount) Budget of lrrigation & Waterways Department, subordinate to Demand No. 32 as contained
in B.P. No.20 during the current financial year of 2014-15.
The concomitant expenditure against this allotment will stand chargeable to the Head of
Account as detailed under Col. 7 of the Annexure to this Order under State Plan during the current
financial year of 2014-15, subordinate to Demand No. 32, as contained in B.P. No. 20.
The allotted sum of t 910.12 Lakh (Rupees Nine Crore Ten Lakh and Twelve Thousand)
only is hereby released in his favour and placed at his disposal in order to enable lhe Executive
Engineer, Mahananda Embankment Division, l&W Directorate., to clear the outstanding liabilities
incurred due to execution of the said schemes as detailed in the Annexure to this order.
He is requested to issue LoC out of bulk authorization received from the Finance (Budget)
Department under State Plan in respect of the allotted sum of < 910.12 Lakh (Rupees Nine Crore
Ten Lakh and Twelve Thousand) only in favour of the Executive Engineer, Mahananda
Embankment Division, l&W Directorate. detailed in the Annexure to this order.

There should not be any diversion of fund for any purpose other than the purpose for which
the fund is being made.
This order issues with the concurrence of the Financial Advisor, lrrigation & Waterways
Department vide his U.O. No. 17 dated 09.06.2014 and approval of Addl. Chief Secretary of this
Department
