Steps:
1. Underline the digit in the rounding place.
2. Circle the digit to the right of the
underlined digit.
3. If the circled digit is 5 or greater, add one to the
underlined digit and change all digits to the right to zeros.
4. If the circled digit is 4 or less, keep the underlined digit
the same and change all digits to the right to zeros.
5. All digits to the left of the underlined digit stay the same.
6. Zeros at the end of a decimal can be dropped.
