Milk Jug Regatta Rules
• All participants must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while in the water. Ski belts are not acceptable.
• Each crew member must wear shoes. Either tennis shoes or boat shoes; something that
stays on your feet. Flip flops are not acceptable.

Release and Authorization
I acknowledge that The East White Oak Bible Church 2013 Annual Church Picnic Milk Jug Regatta, sponsored by
East White Oak Bible Church, is a competitive event and my participation is voluntary and done in recognition and
acceptance of any risks involved in this activity. Recognizing that East White Oak Bible Church and in consideration of
their allowing me to participate in the Milk Jug Regatta, and the acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned, intending
to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, shareholders, agents and their representatives, do hereby release from
any and all liability and claims, whether legal, equitable or administrative, for any physical or emotional injuries, property
damage sustained by me as a participant in this event. This release is intended to apply to East White Oak Bible Church,
as well as all persons or other organizations associated with East White Oak Bible Church or otherwise acting under their
permission or authority for this competition. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to my ability to
compete in this event, and I further agree that event officials may authorize necessary emergency treatment for me. I
hereby grant full permission to East White Oak Bible Church and any of the above said parties to use any photographs,
videotapes, motion picture recording, or any other record of this competition for any legitimate purpose without charge
or payment to me.
