Chef Remi Verrier from Annecy in the French Alps
has drawn upon his French heritage to create a menu
that perfectly balances traditional ingredients and
techniques used in classic French cuisine, served
with a modern twist.
Our knowledge of the finest French ingredients,
techniques and traditions are delivered with award
winning levels of hospitality that have kept our
