Brief Eurosped - history
Since its foundation in year 1948 the MASPED First Hungarian General Forwarding Co. Ltd has been
one of the leading freight forwarder companies of Hungary and the Central-European region. The
Eurosped International Road Carrier & Forwarding Ltd. was established in 1989 as a member of the MASPED
Group. The company is owned in 100% by Hungarians.
Our gradually developed company profile covers the
full range of logistics activities, i.e. the three core
areas of logistics:

international road haulage,

complex customs agent activity, and

warehousing logistics activity.
In the past years our company has built a
subcontractor and client base through we aim to
maintain good, long-term partnerships based on

We provide INTERNATIONAL HAULAGE ACTIVITY to our clients with
reliable haulers tested during many years of cooperation. Based on longterm charter contracts, we have about 150 tent trucks at our disposal.
In addition, through ad hoc contracts we have significant further capacity.
International road haulage
Our target countries include all countries in Europe. Our fleet
consisting of modern superstructure with load capacity of 1 to 24 tons,
besides regular tent and box trucks there are semitrailers with capacity
over 100 m3 and of 3 m inside height. Our vehicles are monitored on the
full route via mobile phone, or built-in or mobile GPS device upon
request.

Inland haulage and distribution
If our clients require, we also provide inland transport of goods.
Given the type of the transported
goods, the transport vehicles are
primarily
articulated
tent-type
vehicles (13,6 m) of 24-ton load
capacity. Aside from that, we also
provide transport of smaller or
lighter cargo. We continuously
handle the transport of goods
coming into our warehouses within
the territory of Hungary. Besides transport, we carry out the
warehousing of goods, and the synchronization of commission
tasks with transport logistics.

Container haulage
Through our excellent partner relations, we are able
to provide high quality service in the field of
container haulage as well. We undertake complete
and collective container haulage overseas, both
export and import.

Our primary goal is to offer complex logistics services to partners, and as such we provide other value-added services
like executing commissions, sorting, labelling, repacking, foiling and naturally haulage, besides
the traditional warehousing and storage activities.
Since 2001 we have continuously expanded our warehouse park in Székesfehérvár. In the spring
of 2011 Eurosped P.H. Co. Ltd. began its more recent logistics investment, for which it
obtained EU funding of HUF 250 million via the tender entitled “Development of Logistics
Centres and Services” published within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan. The
warehouse hall of 6600 m2 of a budget exceeding HUF 630 million built in the first phase
of the project was completed on 10 November 2011.
The inner arrangement of the warehouse is suitable for storage on shelves or in blocks with its
useful inside height of 10 m. Unloading and loading of trucks is done at the six docking gates
provided with dock levellers. The warehouse is provided
with heating facilities. The office wing on the ground
floor provides the administrative and social conditions
necessary for the functional operation of the warehouses
per warehouse section.

We have been performing customs services as of 1993 in order to provide complex services to clients; such customs services
are expanded year by year.
Eurosped P.H. Co. Ltd. has been authorized among the first in the country to issue
flat rate guarantee vouchers (TC32) that are offered for sale at all of its offices.
Thus, we are able to offer customs guarantee on the transported dutiable goods
from the place of uploading to the place of unloading to partners in EU countries in
the course of the Common Transit Procedure and other countries that adhered to
the Transit Convention, i.e. in a total of 29 countries. Eurosped P.H. Co. Ltd. has all
official authorizations, permits and the statutory bank guarantees required for
the performance of customs and border spedition activities. Our insurance also
provides coverage for customs agent services.
The customs agent and border spedition activities of Eurosped P.H. Co. Ltd. are performed by qualified and experienced
employees, who speak a number of foreign languages in the course of their work. Our employees regularly attend the
trainings held by VPOP/NAV and the Association of Customs, Excise and Tax Service-Providers and other vocational
further trainings in order to assure thorough professional preparedness and up-to-date knowledge of the laws in force.
Our agencies, located at the Ukrainian, Croatian and
Serbian border, primarily deal with the guarantees
related to forwarding the dutiable goods transported
by international road haulers, and the issue of
documents.
As of 2008 January we have been offering rail
transport customs services also: at our office set up
near the Ukrainian-Hungarian (EU) border at
Eperjeske Rail Yard, we perform the import customs
clearing of goods coming from the Ukraine by train;
such offices are open 24-hours per day upon
request.
Our company has been operating a customs agent
office in the territory of the Intermodal Logistics
Centre of Budapest (BILK) and the Logistics Centre of
Székesfehérvár for years, and as well as, since January
2007, at the Industrial and Logistics Centre of Szeged
(SZILK).
