What can you do here?
Asset
Asset lookup with 30+ asset data fields available.
Access is based on your current ALS access (ETL Default definition) or CAMS Organization Code (Org Code) level
access requested.
User shall have view, edit, loan/renew/return actions available.
Allows user to change location of one or more assets using the same KFS edoc.
Asset Location Global
Asset Payment
Asset Payment Lookup. Same as Asset link, except the filtering. Focus is on financial data fields such as payment
posting dates, PO #'s, Req #'s, etc.
Asset Payment
Depreciation
Display only. This edoc will display an asset’s depreciation history.
Asset Retirement
Global
Allows user to retire one or more assets using the same Kuali Financial System (KFS) edoc.
Asset Year End Book
Value Calculator
Display only. Projection of fiscal year end book value of assets based on the current payments to and
depreciation applied against the asset.
This value will change if additional payments or depreciation is applied against the asset before the end of the
fiscal year.
