in a bus lane in
the front of Elm Middie School. Please have your bus driver's cell phone
number to contact them when
you are getting ready to be picked up at the front entrance.

Athletes and coaches will be given a classroom close to the gymnasium. Athletes
can keep therr street
clothes in these rooms' The rooms will remain locked, but students should
refrain from
bringing
valuables to the tournament.

A concession stand will be available outside the gymnasium
to purchase refreshments. No food or
drinks are allowed in the stands.
Restrooms are located outside of the gymnasium.
coaches and the administration will receive passes to allgames and
should have them available.

A hospitality room will be provided for all coaches, officials and game
day workers.

The National Anthem will be played before each game.
Each athlete
willbe introduced at the start of each game by the coach. please ensure allstudents
show
sportsmanship for each team during this time.

Additional Tournament lnformation
10. Students should be respectfulof all participants in the free throw contest. Everyone should remain
quiet and hold their applause until both shooters have completed all their free throws.
11. T-Shirts will be available to purchase at the tournament
General Tournament Rules and lnformation
1,- Good sportsmanship is expected from everyone at all times. There should never
be any booing or
negative comments. Noisemakers or air horns are prohibited. Any individual displaying poor
sportsmanship will be warned first and may be ejected if the behavior continues.

Everyone will remain in their seats while the game is in progress. Entering and exiting the gymnasium
will be done during timeouts or other breaks in gameplay.

Spectators are not allowed on the floor, in the locker rooms or in the hospitality room at any time.
4.
Consuming food and beverages will be limited to the concession area. Athletes on the bench mav have
drinks during the game only.
