Girls High School Chiniot Terms & Conditions Sealed Tenders are invited in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 Para 38 (2a) and amendment 2016, Single stage – two envelopes procedure – Each bid shall comprise one single envelope containing, separately, financial proposal and technical proposal, the envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion; through registered Post / by hand from the firms duly registered by the Govt. of the Punjab, Education Department Lahore or well reputed institutions for the Purchase of Computer Tables and Benches & Desks for the Govt. Girls High School Chiniot. The last date for the receipt of Tenders has been fixed for 19.05.2017. The Technical Proposals will be opened on same day before the concerned School Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 12:00 PM. The Financial Proposals of technically accepted bidders will be opened on 20.05.2017 at 02:00 PM before the School Committee concerned in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of the undersigned. The Tenders complete in all respects accompanied the following documents will be received in the office of the undersigned latest by 19.05.2017 by 10:00 AM. 1. Name with complete address and ownership certificate of the firm along with all requisite documents of technical bid. 2. The Firm will provide sample of furniture article for inspection of skill. 3. The inspection of sample will be part of technical proposal. 4. Firms offering their bids shall have to deposit/provide bid security in shape of Call Deposit @ 2% of the Total Amount reflected in the Tender Form for the Purchase of Computer Tables and Benches & Desks in the name of Principal, Govt. Girls High School Chiniot which will be the part of Technical Proposal. No Tender in any case without bid security will be accepted. The performance guarantee maximum 05% of supply order will be received from successful bidder before issuance of supply orders which will be released after expiry of Warranty Period. 5. The bid documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned till 19.05.2017 (09:00 AM). 6. The supplier/firm shall be responsible for replacement / repair of defective items of School Furniture as per detail of supply order at his/its own cost / risk during the six months after the supply to schools. 7. The firm shall have to pay all kind of taxes & that should be included in their Bids/Quotation/rates. 8. The Committee, reserves the rights to reject the tenders under the standing PPRA Rules. 9. The firms will deliver Furniture after inspection / assessment by respective Committee to the School, which will be supplied FOR in school premises. 10. The entire quantity of goods as per work orders will be completed within the agreed upon stipulated period. Otherwise, the School Purchase Committee reserves the rights to impose penalty on the amount of agreed value of work / supply order as fine / liquidated damages of the remaining work order or black list the firms under the Punjab Procurement Rules / purchase manual. 11. The articles must be manufactured as per approved specifications and sample given in tender form. 12. The rates offered in the tender will remain valid till 30.06.2017. 13. The payment will be made after getting the bills passed from the concerned authority. 14. The Store articles will be inspected / passed by the respective Committee before the supply. 15. The decision of School Purchase Committee will be the final and not challenge able in any court of Law. 16. The deposit at calls will be released after expiry of Warranty Period which will be considered from the date of delivery at schools. 17. Firms will be responsible for replacement and repair of defects if any or all defects occurred during the course of transportation or within 6 months period. 18. Conditional rates / tenders will not be entertained / accepted. 19. The bidder / firm will be bound to accept all other and any condition so imposed by the School Council Committee in due course of time.
