The Shipyard 'LP-Brodogradilište' is one of the leading shipyards for shiprepair in the northern
Adriatic coast. It was founded in 1850. and has a long tradition of ship building and repair,
successfully passing the eras of building wooden ships, sailing barques, steel sailing ships, steel
passenger / cargo steamships, as well as the modern motor vessels of our time. Today, the shipyard's
core business is shiprepair. Thanks to its position on the crossing of seaways and due to the many
years of it's succesful work, the shipyard will meet all requirements for the repair and reconstruction
of ships sailing in these waters. With its floating dock accommodating the vessels up to 15.000t and
with almoust 500 meters of berthing space, a large construction site and highly skilled workforce and
subcontractor infrastructure, it is a modern shipyard capable of completing a wide variety of ship
repairs from relatively simple repair to most complex projects under strict deadlines and up to
highest standards. Therefore, with it's team of dedicated, competent and qualified staff and fully
equiped workshops, ‘LP-Brodogradilište’ ensures that all activities and work processes are managed
effectively, even 24 hours a day if necessary, in order to meet customers needs on time. Also, the
yard pays a special attention to the quality and price, which are favourable for the shipowners.
Whether it is a repair, conversion or simply a manenaince job, you will find the best service. During
the last 15 years the shipyard 'LP-Brodogradilište' has accomplished over 1000 ship repairs and
reconstructions for the Croatian and foreign clients and has built a respectable reference list of
complex projects and clients. Most of it's clients are repeat clients.

The Shipyard 'LP-Brodogradilište' is situated on the island of Lošinj, in the Southeastern Europe on
the northern Croatian Adriatic coast, 125 km from the largest Croatian port Rijeka. With over 100
years of turism tradition and it's long and famous shipping and shipbuilding experience, the island of
Lošinj is today an inevitable station for numerous tourists and yachtowners.

Also, the Shipyard has the posibility to accept waste oily waters and solid waste according to the
Rules for water disposal, as well as the Approval of the Classification Societies (CRS, RINA, BV) for
Ultrasonic and Magnetoflux control of materials, and the Approval of the Classification Registry for
welders in accordance with Euronorme (CRS, RINA, BV).
