At the international event dedicated to fish and sea resources, the historical pasta factory from Gragnano will once again organise workshops, tastings and much more alongside associations. Pastificio Di Martino has a remarkable history of pasta production, producing only high quality pasta using only durum wheat 100% Italian semolina. The company chooses grains from Puglia, Campania and Molise, preferring the quality, taste and variety of Italian wheat and authenticity of the perfect lands that have been producing grains for more than 2000 years.
