Fees
Fees for College courses vary according to course length, equipment and materials required. Information
on all fees is available from the centre. At the time of enrolment all students are required to pay the course
fee in full or to provide evidence to support a fee waiver.
Students who have previously undertaken an SQA unit or course (formally SCOTVEC) are required to bring
their candidate number to the enrolment session.
Adult Literacies
To get on with our everyday lives we all need to read, write and use numbers. More and more we need to
get to grips with computers too.
Adult Learning offers free learning opportunities for
anyone who wants to upgrade their skills
• Go for a better job
• Help children with homework
• Get into learning
We can also provide help for people who need to learn English as an additional language.
Courses are also run for adults who need additional support for learning.
Learning takes place all over Aberdeen – in small groups or on your own – at a time that suits you and can
start at any time of the year.
Non-Certificated Courses
Please contact the Centre for information on any of the following
classes. Computing classes will start in Sept, others start from 23rd
Aug. Phone Fiona Douglas on 701160.

help with childcare – our workshops and classes are ideal for you.
This is a new Project which aims to bring the benefits of Information

there has been limited access to computers in the past.
