3X per week. 
If you can understand and answer some of them in Spanish,
then start working on Duolingo 4X per week. 
If you can only understand, but not answer in Spanish, then
start working on Duolingo every day. 
Speak Spanish aloud even to yourself. Do not only “think”
your answers. Hearing is part of learning.
