MODERN
INTERFACE
The pdfDocs 4 interface is designed for productivity and usability. It is modern
and uncluttered.
The MS Office 2010/13 look and feel makes it an intuitive and easy product to
use, requiring very little training upon implementation.
New Backstage view enables user to manage files better.
New Ribbons provide a set of commands for working in the document.
FASTER SPEEDS
Users will notice that pdfDocs 4 launches much faster than previous versions of
the product.
Users will also experience faster print to PDF times.
Users will print to the new DocsCorp PDF Printer option.
DIGITAL
SIGNATURE
Apply a digital signature to approve or validate a form or document.
EDITING
The Editor pane has been increased in size for ease of use.
New inline text editing enables users to make changes to document content.
ANNOTATIONS
Annotations display in a new Comments pane for easier reference and
management.
Sort Annotations by page, author, type, or date.
Filter Annotations by type, reviewer or status.
Search Annotations for a word or string of words.
SEARCH
Improved search capabilities and speeds.
Displays search results in a new pane.
Search results link to the text in the actual document.
SINGLE
DOCUMENT MODE
Set pdfDocs as the default PDF reader. Users no longer need to have Adobe
Reader to display and view documents.
Open document in place, users no longer have to send the document to an
Organizer Project.
View documents in single or multiple pages.
Enable scrolling in single or multiple page view.
REDACTION
New redaction workflow allows users to markup a document with redactions.
Redactions are applied only to those that have been approved.
BINDER MODE
Complete revamp of the Binder interface.
Significant speed improvements in production of electronic binders.
