INSTRUCTIONS FOR DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTED BY PASSENGERS AND CREW
Dangerous goods must not be carried by passengers or crew members, or in checked baggage or cabin baggage, otherwise set forth below.

Toiletries or No-radioactive medicine (including aerosols) such as hair lacquer, perfume and cologne and medicine
containing alcohol.
No-flammable aerosols, No-toxic Division 2.2, sporting or home use that present no subsidiary risk. The total net quantity of
all the items must not exceed 2kg or 2L. The net quantity of each item must not exceed 0.5kg or 0.5L. Aerosol relief valves
must be protected by a lid or another appropriate protection in order to avoid the contents being spilt inadvertently.
Mobility aids: electric wheelchairs or other similar mobility aids equipped with spillable liquid electrolyte batteries or
accumulators satisfying to special provision A123 or A199 (see 2.3.2.2). Passengers must make prior arrangements with the
operator within a reasonable time before each ride.
Mobility aids: electric wheelchairs or other similar mobility aids with spillable batteries or lithium batteries (see 2.3.2.3 and
2.3.2.4 for details). Passengers must make prior arrangements with the operator within a reasonable time before each ride.
Mobility aids equipped with lithium ion batteries (retractable). The lithium ion battery must be removed and transported in
the cabin (see 2.3.2.4 (d) for details).
Safety matches (one small box) or a lighter which does not contain unused fluid other than liquid gas and which will be used
by the person transporting it. Lighter fuel and spare cartridges are not permitted on the passenger's person, nor in cabin or
hold baggage. N.B. "chemical matches" and "blue-flame" lighters or "cigarette lighters" are not permitted.
Electronic devices powered by lithium batteries. For lithium ion batteries for portable electronic devices (including medical
electronics, watt power between 100 Wh and 160 Wh. For portable medical electronics only, lithium metal whose lithium
content is between 2 g and 8 g.
Portable electronic devices containing spillable batteries. Batteries must meet the special provision A67 and have a load not
exceeding 12 V and 100 Wh. A maximum of two spare batteries may be carried (see 2.3.5.13 for details).
Electrical weapons (for example, Taser guns) containing hazardous components such as explosives, compressed gases and
lithium batteries, etc.
