Total Marina Package
Main Window
When the Total Marina Package is started, the following window will be displayed showing your
predefined graphic with slips. The slips will be colored representing slip status. Tooltips are shown by
navigating the mouse over a slip. Note each Marina can create their own graphic like the one shown
below using the Graphic Designer or we can do it for you.
The use of a context menu (or right-click menu) is used
throughout the Total Marina Package, right-mouse click on an
occupied slip and the context menu to the right will be shown,

vacant slip and the context
menu to the left will be shown.
You can create a “quick reservation”, view the slip’s details see the
occupancy history for that slip.

The date range shown on the toolbar can be modified to give you a moment or “date range” in time view
of your marina. Setting the date range to 11/21/2010 to 11/30/2010 and clicking the refresh button will
redraw the graphic with slip statuses (colors) based on the date range.
Double-clicking on a slip will show the Slip
(or Berth) information for that slip, including
a history of prior customers/reservations,

Customer Window
The Customer Window shows all information relating to a customer. The window is divided into two
sections, the top or main section and the bottom section containing tabs. Some of the buttons you may
not be familiar with are shown in the illustration below,
Each customer can have multiple Boats, Vehicles, Contacts, Reservations, Recurring charges and
memos associated with them.
From the tab entitled Boats (shown above) click on the “details” button for boat named “Fair Wind”. The
boat detail window will open.

Boats Tab
The Boat detail that can be saved is shown below. A Boat can also have as many pictures associated
with it as you like. Note you can also save pictures of the boat owner here.
All tabs work the same way, each has their own editing functionality (to add, modify or remove).

Vehicles Tab
The Vehicle tab shows the current vehicle(s) associated with this customer, click on the details button to
see or modify any of the selected vehicle’s details.
Contacts Tab
Multiple contacts can be added to a customer. This can be used for businesses where the business
name would be the customer - Or family members - or those to call in an emergency.

Reservations Tab
A customer can have multiple reservations,
A reservation can be assigned a particular boat (if the customer has more than one). (Note: bold captions
on a window means “entry is required”).

Reservation Confirmation
Clicking the printer toolbar button
from the reservation detail window will display the reservation
confirmation. This confirmation can be printed for or emailed to your customer, (Note: Right-clicking
anywhere on any report will display the context menu shown in the illustration below)
This gives you the ability to email the viewed report or save it as an excel or pdf document.

Billing Tab
Multiple recurring charges can be assigned to a customer, the recurring charges for the following period
are charged to the customer when the current period is closed.
Note that all customer charges can be setup to pay via ACH debit (through your bank), credit card, or
debit card. The Total Marina Package currently integrates with FrontStream payments

Mulitple Memos can be assigned to a customer, you can even check your spelling

Transactions Window
By clicking the
Transaction button
on the customer
window or selecting
Transactions from
the main window the
Transactions
window will be
displayed. Entering
charges and
receiving credit/debit
card payments is
simple.
Guest Moorage transactions can be
calculated using your custom defined
rate tables. You maintain your rates
after initial setup.
Note; Credit/Debit cards payments are made possible through integration with FrontStream Payments
