Message from the teacher
Toy Policy: Please keep all toys at home because they can bring
distraction. We do not want them to be lost, wrecked, or taken away
therefore we ask that you encourage your child to leave toys at home.
Lunch: Please remind your child that lunch time in the gym is the time
they have to eat their lunch. Chatting and playing around with their
food and friends will prevent them from finishing their lunch.
We will be posting items to our Teacher’s Blog classroom website, to
which all parents have access. It will be part of the bi-weekly menu,
it is a suggestion for all parents as a way to provide extra practice
at home in these areas.
Learning Commons (Library) Expectations
Students will take out books from the library and use them
for our Daily 5 reading program in class.
PLEASE VISIT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY WITH
YOUR CHILD.
Reading stories Aloud and together fosters a long
life love for learning to read.
