Campus Life Survey Fall 2012 d10
Welcome to the very first ever UNF Campus Life Survey! This is your opportunity to provide feedback on the
quality of life at UNF. Your opinions and suggestions are valuable and we read and consider every single
one of them! Please take a few minutes to complete this survey.
This survey is being conducted for research purposes by the University of North Florida. We are contacting
undergraduate students to measure their perceptions of their out of class experiences as a UNF student .
The results are used by administrative offices to inform improvement efforts.
Please take a few minutes to click the link below and answer the questions. The survey should take no
longer than 10 minutes to complete. All of your responses will remain confidential. Only aggregated
responses will be shared with UNF staff, and with external audiences. Your participation is voluntary, and
you may terminate the survey at any time. You may also decline to answer any questions you do not wish to
answer. There are no foreseeable risks to your participation in this survey, nor are there any direct benefits
or compensation for participating.
If you have questions about this survey, please contact Dr. Judith E. Miller, Executive Director of
Assessment, University of North Florida (904) 620-2765. For questions regarding the rights of research
subjects, contact Dr. Katherine Kasten, UNF Institutional Review Board, (904) 620-2498.
