END-TO-END EVENT SECURITY & SAFETY Streamlined event security/safety management & incident response NowForce EventSecurity is a mobile command and control system for routine security and safety management at special events, as well as for crisis and emergency situations. NowForce provides continuous situational awareness of all active incidents, tracking responders’ availability and whereabouts, and safeguarding event attendees and safety/security personnel in times of distress. Comprised of several modules, the intuitive, web-based NowForce Dispatcher™ serves as the solution’s central nervous system, able to receive alerts and distress calls from individual users with the NowForce Mobile Reporter™ or Mobile SOS™ app on their cell phones, as well as from NextGen9-1-1, social medial and other SMS/SOS apps. Incidents are relayed to first responders at the event via the NowForce Mobile Responder™ app on their cell phones. As alerts and situation reports come in from security personnel or event attendees, NowForce helps to turn the information into actionable tasks for first responders, security officers and dispatchers so that they can act faster to ensure the safety, security and well-being of everyone attending or participating in the event. How it works 1. When an event occurs that requires immediate attention, a new incident is created, triggered via the mobile device of any event attendee or security/safety personnel, or manually via the NowForce Dispatcher. 2. The location of the incident is automatically pinpointed, and the smart dispatching engine locates all nearby available responders who have the skill and training to respond. 3. A voice channel with the event security center may be opened, allowing for continued contact with the user reporting an incident or an SOS. If needed, the channel may be opened in silent mode. Images of the scene and other critical information may be uploaded to the security center’s incident management console.. 4. The system dispatches all necessary responders to the incident, and provides them with all mission-critical information. 5. Continuous digital communication between responders and the web based Dispatcher ensures location updates, navigational support, in-field updates (feeds received from all dispatched responders or other sources) and status notifications. 6. Post-incident reports are completed by responders using their mobile devices and sent back to the event organizers and security personnel for review and analysis.
