DRIVING AND PARKING INFORMATION
Minnesota Philanthropy Partners is located in the U.S. Bank Center, 101 Fifth Street East, Suite 2400,
Saint Paul, MN 55101. The parking ramp entrance is on Minnesota Street, between Fifth Street East and
Sixth Street East. Please park on levels 4–6; level 3 is reserved for U.S. Bank customers. .
If you have an appointment and the ramp is full, please enter and take a ticket. We have reserved some
parking spaces for our visitors when the ramp is full.
Other parking options include nearby parking ramps, surface lots and street parking with meters (two-hour
time limit, free after 4:30 p.m.). Once you have parked your car, take the elevator to the 24th floor.
From the west (Minneapolis):
Take 94 east to Saint Paul (approximately 7 miles). Take the Fifth Street exit. Follow Fifth Street to
Minnesota Street and turn left. The U.S. Bank Center parking entrance will be on the right.
From the south:
Take 35E north to the Kellogg Boulevard exit — turn right. Follow Kellogg Boulevard to Minnesota Street —
turn left. Follow Minnesota two blocks. The U.S. Bank Center parking entrance will be on the right after you
cross Fifth Street.

Alternate parking is available in the First National Bank Building ramp. Follow the directions below from
the ramp to our office in the U.S. Bank Center. If you need assistance, please call the main number at
651.224.5463 or 800.875.6167.
1. Park on the first level and take the elevator down to the skyway level.
2. W
hen you exit the elevator, find the security desk and walk north to the U.S. Bank Center.
Take the first right after you cross Fifth Street and then a sharp left to the elevators.
3. Take the elevator to the 24th floor.
