The N21 Festival - The Fancy Fair

Event:
The N21 Festival – The Fancy Fair will take place on Saturday 23rd June 2012
on The Green in Winchmore Hill, N21.
Timing:
Trading will be permitted between 10am and 7pm. All traders will be given a
set up arrival time and will be required to adhere strictly to these timings.
Traders will not be allowed to close their stall and depart before the end of
the festival.
Pitch:
Your stall space will be provided for you by the festival and the structures will
be erected and dismantled on the day of the event. The stalls will be on
hard standing and you will be allocated a pitch number and location before
the event. The picture below

below are for an individual stall space:
Counter size; 1.22m x 3.05m (4 feet x 10 feet)
Canopy size; 2.56m x 3.05m (8 feet 4” x 10 feet)
Height floor to counter; 76cm (2feet 5”)
Total maximum height; 2.56m (8feet 4”)
Booking & Payment:
Stalls cost £100 each. Full
ull payment along with signed terms and conditions
will be required before the event.
Insurance:
All traders are advised to have their own public liability insurance and a
current copy of such insurance must be available for inspection at all times.

The N21 Festival is not responsible for traders property whilst attending the
event.
Music:
There is a large amount of organised music played at this event. Therefore
indivisual stallholders will not be permitted to play music at any time.
Refuse:
Traders are to make adequate provision for the storage and disposal of their
litter, empty packaging and (where applicable) food waste within their pitch.
Traders must not allow
llow refuse to accumulate around their pitch.
Power Supply:
Power supplies to pitches are not supplied as standard and are not easily
available. Please notify us of any specific power supply you require.
Vehicles & Access:
The roads along and around the event will be closed to traffic. Traders
delivering equipment by vehicle will be provided an access pass and
confirmation of their set up time prior to the event.
