It’s a brand new concept developed by Australian Fundraising in 2015 to assist your group in raising vital funds.
Uni Cake Eco Bags are not a real cake, but they certainly look like one. These 100% eco-friendly shopping bags are
creatively packaged to look like real cakes. The perfect gift!
Uni Cake Fundraiser is modelled on the well-known chocolate drive, also known as an in-hand fundraiser. Each
fundraising participant receives one carry pack containing an assortment of ten (10) Uni Cake Eco Bags. Each
participant sells the eco bags over a 2-3 week period returning all unsold stock back to the organisation. The
organisation then returns all unsold stock back to us. It’s that simple!
HIGH PROFIT
Each Uni Cake Eco Bag sells for $5.00RRP. Your cost is $3.25 (inc GST) and your profit is a high $1.75 profit (35%)*.

NO MONEY UP FRONT
Your organisation will not have to pay any money until after the completion of your fundraiser. This applies to
schools, child care centres, registered clubs and other approved groups.
EASY TO SET-UP ON YOUR PART
This is one of the easiest fundraisers that you will run. Simply decide on the number of carry packs required
(normally one per family) and we do the rest.
WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESS
We provide the pre-mixed carry packs, promotional posters, parent letters and more to ensure it’s success. You
can use our much acclaimed tally computer program which is so easy to use and automatically tallies the number
of eco bags sold and return. We are always available to assist you from start to finish.

How does it work? It’s as easy as...
For approved customers.
1. Plan a commencement date for your fundraiser and book online or download the booking Form at
www.australianfundraising.com.au. Alternatively, phone our office on 1300 133 022 and we will email you the
booking form.
2. Well in advance of the commencement date we will provide the pre-mixed carry packs containing an
assortment of ten (10) Uni Cake Eco Bags, promotional poster, co-ordinator’s how-to information pack and
email you the various parent information letters to assist you througout the course of the fundraiser.
3. Hand out the pre-mixed carry packs together with a parent information letter that we supply to you.
Participants sell the eco bags over a suggested 2 week period.
4. All unsold eco bags are returned back to your organisation and then returned to Australian Fundraising for
credit on your invoice. Please refer to the return policy on page 4.
5. Your invoice will be emailed to you and payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date.
