Welcome to Zozobra An Asian noodle bar based on the concept of chef, Avi Conforti, inspired by 200 years old traditional
Eastern models, & prepared with state-of-the-art kitchen technology of the new millenium. Let’s begin At a long communal
table, food & drink orders are taken simultaneously. The restaurant serves a variety of cold plates, warm plates, large plates & desserts.
How the order is taken The waiters type the order into a palm-held computer, which transfers the order to the appropriate
station in the kitchen or the bar via high speed wireless LAN. There, the chefs begin to prepare the order. As soon as the food or drink
is ready, it is immediately served at the table.

The Kitchen
Based on noodles. In addition, we serve side orders and desserts.
At Zozobra we serve different kinds of fresh noodles made daily
in the restaurant, as well as imported noodles. Ramen or lo
mein are Chinese noodles served in a soup or stir-fried in a wok.
Zozobra also specializes in noodles made of different types of
grains and roots, such as Vietnamese rice noodles called “Po”,
Thai rice noodles called “Gantabon, Japanese buckwheat noodles
called “Soba”. In addition, there are a number of rice dishes as an
alternative to noodles.

Glossary
Zozobra means mental unrest and deep feeling of chaos, which allows for the existence of the opposite feeling harmony,
through positive eating. Positive eating raising the nutritional awareness for the existence and building of a healthy body,
choosing food that helps cleanse and enrich our bodies and to balance our meals. Wok semi-circular iron frying pan which
distributes heat evenly and allows freedom of movement during cooking. Noodles the perfect food for a balanced meal. In
