We the undersigned do hereby submit our application for the reservation of vendor space as an
exhibitor for the San Diego Vintage Flea Market/Creative Marketplace at the Bekin/Garb Bazaar. We will
abide by all rules, regulations, and conditions governing. We hereby understand that it is our soul
responsibility to comply with ALL health, business, fire department codes and regulations including but
NOT limited to proper permits.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• San Diego Vintage Flea Market (SDVFM) – All vendors must be vintage/vintage inspired. We no
longer accept most craft type of vendors at this market.
• Creative Marketplace at the Bekin (CMATB) – Vendors can be either creative, maker, or
vintage.
• Garb Bazaar (GB) – This market is for vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories from eras 1940s –
1970s.
• All new vendors who have never vended at any of the 3 markets must send photos of a past
curated booth set up.
• You cannot sell anything illegal, drug related, live animals, car parts, “As Seen on TV” items, or
garage/yard sale items.
• You can cancel up to 7 days prior to the market and still use your booth fee as a credit for the
following market only and will need an additional application on file for that market notating
that you are using an unused credit from the previous market. If you cannot make the following
market, we cannot honor the credit and you will be forfeiting your booth fee. If you cancel 7
days or sooner, we cannot honor the credit and you will be forfeiting your booth fee. We have a
no refund policy.
• We are a rain or shine market. Regardless of weather on the day of the market, we will be there
and hope you will be also. If you decide not to make it on a day of rain, you are forfeiting your
booth fee.
• If you cannot make it to the market on the day of, please email us letting us know that you
aren’t able to make it. If you are a no show and we haven’t heard from you, you aren’t welcome
back.
• You can only apply for the current market. Please hold onto your application/vendor fees for
future markets until the announcement has gone out that we are accepting vendors for it.
• All payments must be sent in the form of paper business check, cashier’s check, or money order.
We do not accept Paypal or Venmo type of payments for any market.
o If your check is returned, you are subject to a $20 returned check fee.
• No vendor animals/pets are allowed. We ask that you focus on your booth and not your pet, as
the days can get very busy for sellers.
• If you are vending alone, please let the market employees know if you need someone to man
your booth during a restroom or food break. We would gladly help you out.
• You are required to supply your own set up: man power, pop up canopies (must be 10’x10’ in
size), tables, & chairs.
• Please add yourself to the “SDVFM Vendors” group on Facebook for additional market
information through the market process. Once we have received your application, we will
approve your request.
• You cannot sell prior to 9a on the day of the SDVFM, if you are seen doing so, you will be
allowed to finish out your day at the market, but will not be welcome back to any future market.
We are trying to alleviate all “early bird” shoppers. We will also have professional security on
the premises at 7a until 3p. They are instructed to remove any shoppers that come in prior to
9a, this includes vendors or helpers that don’t have a vendor name tag on. So, please make sure
you and your helpers are always wearing a vendor tag.
• Any persons associated with the San Diego Vintage Flea Market or affiliate markets are not
responsible for lost/stolen items or money from your booth or vehicle. Nor is anyone associated
with the San Diego Vintage Flea Market or affiliate markets responsible for parking tickets or
towed vehicles. Please be conscientious of your parking location.
