PANAMA CITY BEACH
Panama City Beach is home of the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches!” With twelve to fourteen million visitors
annually, Panama City Beach has become one of the largest vacation destinations in Northwest Florida. With
tourism on the rise, the attractions and commercial industries have bloomed all over Panama City Beach with
things to do like: Fishing, Scuba Diving, Amusement Parks, Shopping, Dining, Water Activities, Zoo and Marine
Life, Camping and much more. Jeep Beach Jam is helping brand Panama City Beach to become the beach to
Play, Stay and Explore.
ANNUAL EVENTS ON PANAMA CITY BEACH
Panama City Beach is home of many annual events that help put its beaches on the map for tourism each year.
It is these successful events that keep Panama City Beach thriving year round. Some events on Panama City
Beach are: The Gulf Coast Horse Show, Gulf Coast Jam, Emerald Coast Cruzin’, National Youth & Adult
Softball/Baseball Tournaments, Chasing the Sun Music Fest, Gulf Coast Triathlon, Thunder Beach Bike Rally
and more! We are very excited and honored to be able to add Jeep Beach Jam to this list with the mission to
build and sustain it as an annual event that Jeep fans and enthusiast of all demographics can be a part of on
Panama City Beach.
MARKETING TO JEEP OWNERS | CLUBS | VISITORS
Jeep market studies have shown a huge increase in Jeep owners within a six hundred mile radius to Panama
City Beach and Northwest Florida. Jeep Beach Jam will be the first week long jeep rally ever offered to jeep
owners in Northwest Florida. Jeep owners have an average household income of 70-100k annually. With that,
they also generate a loyalty to the product by joining and building clubs and organizations in their local
markets. Jeep Beach Jam is aggressively reaching out to these clubs, representing tens of thousands of Jeep
owners. The response has been a very positive and successful. With the support of the Panama City Beach
(CVB) Convention & Visitors Bureau and Tourist Development Council (TDC), Jeep Beach Jam is launching an
extensive 100k+ outer market advertising campaign in addition to the inner marketing plan this season to the
Jeep owners that are currently vacationing here. With over 2,500 estimated Jeep owners attending the
inaugural year, organizers estimate Jeep Beach Jam will compete to be the largest Jeep event in Florida and
surrounding states within its first two years.
PERFECT TIMING
Jeep Beach Jam is set for the middle of May on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. With temperatures
warming up, it is the perfect time to take the Jeep top down, play and explore all that Panama City Beach has
to offer. The organizers have studied other Jeep events around the country and strategically chosen mid May
so the event lines up directly with “Armed Forces Day” and “National Jeep Topless Day” during Jeep Beach
Jam.
JEEP BEACH JAM OVERVIEW
THE STAGE IS SET
Thousands of Jeep owners, enthusiast and club members will gather in Panama City Beach, Florida next May
11-15, 2016 for the inaugural Jeep Beach Jam! Organized and developed by local promoters Mark Hess and
Matt McKenzie of JBJ Productions, Inc., this 5 day family oriented event, filled with fun in the sun activities
that will prove to be one of the highest sought over Jeep festivals in the complete southeastern United States.
The stage is set at Aaron Bessant Park & Amphitheater, where Jeep Beach Jam will host the Official Vendor
Village. The Vendor Village will feature National and Regional industry leading companies in which they will
provide new, state-of-the-art accessories, parts and other Jeep merchandise. Special tents will be set up for
workshop seminars, Charity raffle tents and Official JBJ Merchandise. Alongside the Vendor Village there will
be the Official Jeep Kids Zone. Large Jeep bounce houses, remote control Jeeps with obstacle courses and
even a real safely built obstacle course where kids will be able to test their skills in two seated electric Jeeps!
You can also sign up for some of our excursions like: Bonfires, Luaus, Outdoor Movie Night, Extreme Obstacle
Course and our JBJ 5K Run!
EXPLORING PANAMA CITY BEACH
With multiple Jeep Beach Jam staged venue locations spread throughout Panama City Beach, we will be
encouraging registered Jeep participators to enjoy the sugar white sands from the West End to St. Andrew’s
State Park. Jeep participators will be able to sign up for events like the Scavenger Hunt and Poker Run which
will be strategically built around all of Panama City Beach. Also, Jeep Beach Jam will be hosting an Official
Outdoor Movie Night, projecting a jumbo wide screen drive-in style experience. For jeep participators that
want to feel the sand and watch the sunset, Jeep Beach Jam will also have Bonfire Excursions so families and
friends can wind down the day listening to live music, enjoy the beach and take in the Luau bonfire feel.
PLAYGROUNDS
Jeep Beach Jam will have an Official Low Level Playground for Jeeps to test their skills with obstacles and hill
climbing. For the more extreme Jeeps, JBJ will have an Excursion set on 100+ acres north of the beach.
NIGHT LIFE
The fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Jeep Beach Jam will have an Official staging site branded as
the 4x4 Saloon. Here you can kick it up a notch listening to some great live music, enjoy a cold one with
friends and even check out some of the vendor areas and Official JBJ merchandise.
THE GRAND FINALE
On the Saturday afternoon of the 5 day event, Pier Park will host the Official Jeep Tribute Parade celebrating
76 years of the Jeep. This one mile parade will course down Front Beach Road and turn into the heart of Pier
Park on Main street for Jeep enthusiast and local spectators. The parade will begin with a salute to the Armed
Forces, honoring our military, and then continue by showcasing the Jeeps in decade order for people to see
how Jeeps have revolutionized over time in a storyboard theatrical presentation.

THE AARON BESSANT PARK VENUE AT PIER PARK
Aaron Bessant Park is the Main Staging Area for Jeep Beach Jam 2016. The Official Vendor Village will be
located at this location with smaller vendor areas available at other smaller staging areas on special request.
This venue will also stage a Kids Zone furnished with large Jeep Jump Houses, Sandcastle Demos, and even a
real Kids Obstacle Course with Electric two seated Jeeps. Our mission is to create multiple things to do at the
Vendor Village to create as much sales opportunities to Vendors as possible. We will also have a JBJ Garage
Tent set up for Jeepers that purchase new items for their Jeeps and want them professionally installed while
they are enjoying the event. Last but not least, we also look to have Hot Air Balloon tether rides at the Village
so people can get an unforgettable view of not only Panama City Beach, but all the Jeeps parked at the event!
VENDOR VILLAGE HIGHLIGHTS
Although we encourage everyone to explore our beautiful beaches and all that Panama City has to offer,
during vendor village hours our man focus is to ensure that all JEEPERS get the very best jeepin experience and
maximize their time in and around our vendor village. These are just a few of the activities available.
SEMINAR CLINICS
Vendors may reserve their time slot on our mini stage in JBJ JEEP CLINIC tent. Introduce your business and
discuss parts, performance, installation and other technology of interest.
Tent holds 50 people. Times are limited so if your business is interested in participating please make a note
on your application.
JBJ GARAGE
Centrally located at the venue THE OFFICIAL JBJ GARAGE will be open during vendor hours and is manned by
some of the best local jeep mechanics ready to help Jeepers install those newly purchased parts & accessories.
KIDS ZONE
Located just between vendor village and our custom double decker simi bar, the KIDS ZONE is perfect for
parents to enjoy a cold beverage or shop in the village while the kids play in our Jeep Themed secure area
featuring aJeep shaped jumpy house, sandcastle demos, remote control jeeps course and a real kids zone
obstacle course powered by kids electric jeeps. Kids will win prizes from local family attractions and more.
HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES
That’s right! A real hot air balloon will be on display during most vendor hours giving Jeepers Tether rides up
just above the tree lines to capture a panoramic view of JBJ Vendor Village, the VIP Jeep Parking and the
"WORLDS MOST BEUTIFUL BEACHES"
DAILY RAFFLES
Here at JBJ we make a special effort to support our community and the charity within it. We have hand
selected the charities to benefit from JBJ 2016. These organizations will benefit through a variety of JBJ 2016
charitable activities.
Daily raffle drawings are just one way we raise these funds.
Donated items will be on display and all vendor donations will be recognized throughout our live radio
broadcast and on stage.
Our local jeep club BAJA of Panama City Florida will be overseeing the daily raffle drawings.
Jeepers can purchase tickets for a chance to win and must be present to win. Drawings will be held daily and
100 % of funds raised will go to our charity partners.
This is all possible with your generous donation of vendor merchandise (identified in your application)
VENDOR PASSPORTS
Each registered jeep will receive a JBJ 2016 VENDOR PASSPORT. Jeepers will be encouraged to visit each and
every jeep vendor to validate their passport. Once their passport is completely validated by all jeep vendors
they may return their passport to qualify for a chance to win separate drawings for daily Prizes and for the
grand prize A VIP PACKAGE FOR JBJ2017!
LIVE MUSIC
Some of the best local artist I'll be performing daily under the BIG TOP at our very own 4x4 saloon. Jeepers will
be entertained as they wait for the rest of their group to finish shopping or just take a break before they go
back to check out that special item they had their eye on.
FOODS & DRINKS
Great food & drinks will be available during all vendor village hours. From national franchises, to the taste of
our local favorites, there will be great food, desserts and lots of cold beverages to sip on. Beer & wine coolers
will also be available in our 4x4 Saloon or on our double decker simi bar with flat screen tvs broadcasting the
action at the JBJ Obstacle Course.

VENDOR LOAD IN
Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by Event Management based on size and
electrical requirements. All personal vehicles must be in the Vendor Parking Lot and cleared from the Event
grounds. Any vehicle that are not Jeep Vendor related inside the Event grounds at that time or parked
anywhere other than its designated area can be towed at the owner’s expense. Overnight security will be
provided beginning on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 5pm.
