Historical Giving - INTRODUCTION As you have probably heard by now our community needs to repair the roof on St. Andrew’s House. While our elders are contemplating how best to cover such a large expense, we all can mobilize ourselves to help fund the shortfall in financing if/when needed. To show you how the previous generations helped our beautiful church to grow, we would like to highlight one of them each week in the Service order. Hopefully they will inspire us all to keep maintaining and improving our ‘house’ of God. today – Sunday 19 June 10.30 – morning worship: Rev Ian McDonald Wednesday 22 June 14:00 - 15:00 visit to the church by Association Mémoire de Lausanne 15.00 - 18.00 bring and buy books 18:30 - 19:00 prayers in the church Saturday 25 June – Sunday 26 June Church Weekend away at Crêt Bérard Sunday 26 June 10.30 – morning worship in Lausanne: Wednesday 29 June 15:00 - 17:30 bring and buy books 18:30 - 19:00 prayers in the church Sunday 3 July 10:30 – morning worship with Holy Communion: Rev Ian McDonald The sermon will focus on Mark 3, verses 7-19 and 31-35 “Sunday work, divided households and where loyalties lie” Followed by Pot-Luck lunch Open church: Once again we will be opening the doors on Wednesday afternoons during the summer holidays.
