Tasks
ABB Vietnam is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in
power grid division who would be a leader in driving a
business growth for the division in Vietnam. Joining our team
in Ha Noi / Ho Chi Minh city and reporting to the Local Sales
Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are
not limited to:
• Leading and implementing the global business unit
strategies to achieve sales and marketing targets and growth.
• Initiating and enhancing the market development and
thereby exceed the budgets for PGGA products.
• Developing the sales and marketing strategies by working

collaboratively with sales and marketing team.
• Supporting the market intelligence, analyze the market
trends, competition, emerging technologies and support
product lifecycle marketing.
• Managing and developing the relations ships with customers
and key account holders.
• Ensuring the proposals are developed and approved to
achieve optimal outcome and all the documentation is in
place.
• Organizing and promoting the after sales services.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree
in engineering and business administration with minimum 9 to
10 years of working experience in Grids Automation e.g.
Substation Automation product and system, communication
network, Network control system, SCADA/EMS Applications.
Should have experience in working with Vietnam
Transmission and Distribution End Users. The role will suit
someone who has experience in working with Utilities/EPC’s/
Consultants, independent investor power plant and has good
command over English communication.
