Presents: 2014 Bolivian Fiesta In Honor of the 189th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Bolivia Lets Celebrate the Bolivian Independence Day in unity with the Bolivian and Latin American families On Sunday, August 3th 2014, the Bolivian Independence Day will be celebrated at BULL RUN REGIONAL PARK, under the title FIESTA BOLIVIANA. Considered as one of the most important events in the east coast of the United States, FIESTA BOLIVIANA will incorporate among its invitees are representatives of the Local and Federal governments, County representatives and renowned national and international artists, as well as, local new talents and humoristic personalities. FIESTA BOLIVIANA will be presented, led, and animated by various Radio and Television personalities of the community sector. This event will unite Bolivian families and others with attractive surprises, and folkloric presentations from local Fraternities and Folk groups of the Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and New York. Among the activities you will find an Artisan Fair, ethnic gastronomic treats, folkloric musical groups, bands, and for the first time in the largest dance fill, a hundreds of dancers representing the 9 departments of the country will exploit the colors and the richness of Bolivian culture and traditions with pride and love . At the end of the day, there will be a musical concert by a renowned group, who will captivate the audience, and bring forth closeness to their roots. Several First Class artists will be on hand to delight the audience. This great event seeks to position Virginia as the state where Bolivians, the second largest minority, celebrate the “RED, YELLOW, and GREEN” (the colors of their flag) and their roots on the Independence Day of the Republic of Bolivia. Exhibitor will have the right to place a banner in front of its kiosk (if sound equipment is used, the volume must be low enough to cover its space). The selling of food, snacks, sodas, water, and alcoholic beverages will not be permitted. FOOD KIOSK $750.00 Each food kiosk will be installed in a pre-determined space of 10 X 10 feet. Restaurant or food vendor must provide its own tent, table and chairs, as well as, their own kitchen equipment. The food kiosk will have the right to install a banner in front of its stand. The selling of drinks (soda, water, and alcoholic beverages will not be permitted). Each vendor must present their Food Operator License requested by law. ARTS AND CRAFTS KIOSK $300.00 Each kiosk will be installed in a pre-determined space of 10 X 10 feet and must provide its own tent, table and chairs, and other exhibit materials. The Artistic and Artisan kiosk will have the right to install a banner in front of its stand. (The selling of food, water, drinks, soda, and alcoholic beverages will not be permitted.) COMMUNITY AND INFORMATIVE KIOSK $150.00 (donation) These kiosks will accept a donation of $150.00 and will be installed in a 10 X 10 feet of space. Exhibit tent, table, chairs and other materials must be provided by the institution exhibiting. They will have the right to install a banner in front of the kiosk. These kiosks are exclusively for informational purposes and the selling of food, sodas, water and alcoholic beverages will not be permitted.
