Dear Sharon Township Resident:
One focus of the Township is to remove blighted properties and improve our neighborhoods.
We were successful in getting a house demolished at no cost to the township at 6790 Maple
Canyon Drive and the property was given to the Township at no cost by the Central Ohio
Community Improvement Corporation.
There are four parcels of land at 6790 Maple Canyon Drive and the Township will be taking bids
to sell the uroperty. Parcel numbers are 252-000167; 252-000168; 252-000169; and 252-000170
and more information at a minimum can be found at the Franklin County Auditor's office
(http ://www.franklmcountyauditor.com/).
If you are interested in making a bid on all four parcels, please submit a bid by March 31,
2017.

reject any and all bids. Any sale of the property will be conditioned that the property remains in
Sharon Township. The property will be sold 'as is' and any buyer shall have the right to finalize
any needed due diligence before closing on the property.
