1. Introduction
RISCO Group has released a new firmware version for the Agility 3 panel, with
improvements.
2. New Features & Changes
2.1 Integration with CLOUD

Code Length - Adding support in working with Code Length of 6 Digits
Channels connection to Cloud - New channels definition for connecting to
Cloud in addition to ‘IP Only’ and ‘GSM Only’ options. Add internal backup
mechanisem:

Note: In this case the ‘MS Call all’ and ‘FM Call all’ is disabled.
MS and FM Call All – This function not available when system defined
connect to Cloud with internal Backup (IP / GPRS or GPRS / IP).
ARM & Disarm Via Cloud and APP - Adding option to disable ARM and
Disarm functions in Cloud and Applications by panel definition.
Pre Arm Image - Pre Arm image sent to Cloud with fixed number.
Timeout for panel back to Cloud from Back up Mode - Backup mode
timeout changed from 10 minutes to 3 minutes (need to default the system in
order to take effect).
I'm Alive Message - I am alive message is running also when panel is in
installation
Pass Code - Changing confirmation logic in panel to WEB Interface so Panel
will let WEB login without User code only with hide special code.
SIA IP - Adding the panel Serial ID to SIA IP transmitting in the VTAG part.
Cancel alarm report – Adding support in cancel alarm report from panel to
cloud. In this way, the operator will be aware that the system has been
disarmed after alarm.
2.2 CID and Translations
Updating Translations and CID Defaults Values:
a. Updated Defaults and Translation for Italy
b. Updated Defaults for Thailand
c. Updated Defaults for New Zeeland
d. Update Defaults for the next CID: 0SE, 2NO, 1DK, DD243 and EN50131
for UK, UK, 4FR.
2.3 Default Year - Change default year to 2014 – when panel reboots it will present
the year as 2014.
2.4 Silent Upgrade - Remote upgrade process by panel will be silence:
a. Beep follow Resets will be off.
b. Power-on Announcement message is off in case of power-on follow upgrade
2.5 Default Voice - When initialize panel the Default Voice that will hear in system is
English Voice in case that it include in the Voice Module.
2.6 MS Voice GSM – MS VIA GSM Voice was enhanced to achive better performance
from the GSP provider network
(Integration withNEW GSM Module version 2.16B and up).
2.7 Support In WL Curtain Detector 1W and 2W
a. Parameters – Support with WL Curtain Parameters.
b. RF Serial Numbers - Low temperature detector serial numbers were
changed to Curtain detector.
Note: Low temperature detector RF Serial Number were removed from
system DB.
2.8 PIR Camera
a. PIR Camera Images Folder - When panel is working in NON Cloud
connection, the panel transfers the images events to the same as the path
in the images server.
b. PIR Camera Video Frequency – PIR Camera video frequency is set by
panel via DTR software layer follow CID definitions.
c. Images Transfer – Improving Images transfer time to Cloud / HTTP by
changing mechanism. DTR (a component in the RF Head) add ability to read
images from camera in parallel to transfer process to Cloud Server or HTTP
Server.
d. Recover Scenarios
i. Reset Camera By Panel - Adding support in reset Camera by panel
in case of lost communication with Video Chanel.
ii. Arming Camera via Security – In case that camera not armed by
panel via Video channel, panel will arm it via Security Chanel in the
next camera Supervision transmitting.
e. Adding support in Camera Trigger:
Add the ability to activate PIR camera in the system follow additional events
other than its own inspection as follow:

Notes:
1. Follow partition: Refers to the partitions of the current PIR camera. There is no need
to select which partition to assign. A partition that is no part of the PIR camera cannot
be used for that camera.
2. Follow zone: Need to show list of available zone in the system Each zone can be
assigned with Y/N
3. PIR camera can follow more than a single selection (It can follow system duress, and
Follow partition panic and fire and Follow zones 1, 2, 3).
4. Snapshot parameters - When an event is trigger the camera, the
camera will take snapshot as it defined in the PIR Camera itself.
2.9 Transmitting events to MS
a. SIA IP:
i. Adding support in transmit events to MS via SIA IP Protocol in parallel
to Cloud.
ii. Adding the panel Serial ID to SIA IP transmitting in the Vtag part
accordingly to definition in panel.
b. SIA:
i. Adding support for partition ID to MS Events when panel transmit over
SIA protocol via PSTN Only according to panel definition.
2.10 RF Levels - Adjust the RF Panel RSSI level and Accessories Com Test results to
be similar levels as AgilityV2 system.
2.11 WLKP2W and SLIM Keypad - Adding support in Supervision mechanism to
accordingly to definition and follow RX timer.
2.12 X73MB - Adding support for the X73M (B) Magnets with shutter functionality
2.13 SMS in Parallel to GPRS - support for Panel sending and receiving incoming
SMS in parallel to panel communication with Cloud VIA GPRS.
2.14 Battery Saving - In case panel include full system setup: IP Module, GSM and
Fast modem, when the panel lost his AC Power and the panel defined to work with
standards, the panel managed the voltage for saving battery to work up to 12H.
2.15 Delete Accessory by menu - Adding new option for delete RF accessory by
WLKP2W.
2.16 Cancel Report - Adding cancel report notification follow Disarm by Keyfob
operation in case that system CID is for Prossegure CID – (8XX).
3. Updated modules
3.1 GSM - V2.22
a. In case that the GSM stays in TX not ready for 30 minutes the panel will
close the connection
b. Improving communication mechanism between GSM and Cinterion module
with recover scenarios in Communication faults states.
c. Support in SMS in parallel to GPRS communication.
3.2 IP Module V2.10
The IP Module new version is for solving recovering lost IP Address follow few
Routers types.

b. Adding support in SV (Supervision) mechanism accordingly to panel TX

The voice module resolves loosing voice problems (stop answering in SPI).

a. Fault in Upgrade Stamp - In case of fail during Upgrade Stamp the DTR not
stuck and skip the upgrade.
b. Video RF multi frequency support - Adding Support for multi Video
frequency support by Panel definition accordingly to CID.

Improving al RF Communication and care in fail and recovery scenarios when
working with Video Chanel.

GSM - Reset during Upgrade (Not power Up) - In case that GSM not answer to
panel after reset not after power up, The Panel should not auto remove the
GSM from allocation - Panel should relate to it as exist no comm. until it
answer
CS - Zones - X73F - Universal Shutter - Input2- The panel should save the
inputs definitions depending detector Serial ID - Serial ID 1 = Input 1and Serial
ID 2 use Input 2 - for ignoring from overriding input 1 parameter correct value
Cloud - Parallel communication - MS - SIA IP - When panel connected to Cloud
and it defined reporting MS In parallel to Cloud, The panel not transmit events
to MS in case it defined as SIA IP other MS Types transmitting well
GSM PIN Code - Upgrade: The upgrade process stuck in the burning GSM

Arm Pre Warning=Y - There is no automatic Arming by 45 minutes despite the
fact that perform Disarm during countdown of 4.25 minutes with valid User
Code from WLKP2W (not from WLKF1W or WLKF2W)
PIR Camera - It is required that panel will Relate partition status with camera
communication, and it will be a condition for arm. In case of disconnection
between panel &PIR Camera the arming will failed (Must by Italy)
Entry Time of Exit Open / Entry 2 zone is wrongly - It work as Ex/En 1 time
instead of Ex/En 2 time
Area = Y - FM - The FM Message on alarmed common zone when zone gaurd
because of one partition send to all the Zone's partition instead to one partition
only
WLKP2W - Codes/Tags - Authority Level - Cleaner - The Cleaner Code is a
temporary code, which is to be immediately deleted from the system as soon
as it is used to set.
Smoke detector - Fire Alarms - When a smoke detector is transmit a fire alarm,
The panel generates and two events - a regular alarm (BA) and a fire alarm
(FA) instead just Fire Alarm
Stamp - RF - Calibration - The Calibration result has growth to 70 - 90 follow
enlarging the Zones Com Test
Silent Programming - Remote upgrade - Requested that panel will silent the
PIC Buzzer Beeps in Panel reset and Audio Voice Message in Reset after
Upgrade process (Function available from Upgrade Panel from version 3.84
and UP)
Cloud - GSM - When system is connecting to Cloud via GPRS, when
performing the remote upgrade via GPRS activating by panel or CS, the
upgrade not performed until GSM not Busy (Disconnect from Cloud for any
reason)
Digital Voice - After panel power up, if we change panel text to language that is
not valid in the voice, the voice language is changed to the 1st language in the
voice package instead of not changing at all
6. Limitations:
6.1 IP Module new version limitation: The New IP Module network restores will
perform 4 minutes after trouble event even in case that the IP Network cable
connected to system before this time. The delay is required for over on some
Routers types after restart.
6.2 New IP module resolves several communication problems with specific routers
such as BTrouter, MicroTech. Fritzbox router communication problems are under
investigation.
7. Upgrade Process
The upgrade firmware can be performed via the remote upgrade server of RISCO.
