SECTION 3 FILMS BUDGETED BELOW£750,000
The terms for films in this category to be exactly the same as for films
budgeted at £750,000 and up to £2 million, except that the producer is not
required to make the £5,000 advance payment against additional uses. The
Total Guaranteed Fee is therefore the same as the Total Minimum Payment of
£14,000 for the fee the Producer opts, before the first day of principal
photography, to take either worldwide theatrical rights or two UK network
television transmission.
