Analysis & Recommended action:
Heating of this gearbox shaft is higher than any other unit after less than 1 hour of operation. Before going to
the next field the gearboxes greasing level should be checked. Continue normal operation and schedule
another scan in 1 week. If levels continue to rise vibration analysis should be performed on the gearbox.

The belt is off the pulley and heating up considerably. Place the belt back on the pulley immediately and
check the belt tension. Inspect the belt for signs of wear as replace as necessary.
