Easy walking, slight slope partial
Starting in the parking Lot between Red Roof Relics and M Thai Restaurant facing west walk down our
beautifully restored Downtown. Cross over the Margaret Chase Smith North Channel Bridge. Continue on past
the beautiful Federated Church and Fire department surrounding by the Kennebec River. Continue over the
Margaret Chase Smith South Channel Bridge. Once you have reached the end turn left onto Mill Street with the
Dam and Kennebec River Gorge to you left. Continue to the end of Mill Street and take a short left to reach the
Walking Bridge. Continue across the walking bridge and experience new views to the beautiful Kennebec
Gorge. Once you have crossed the Walking Bridge you have returned to you initial destination point.
