CHRIS BOSWORTH
As Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the CBRE Net
Lease Property Group, Mr. Bosworth’s focus is to advise institutions, private
equity firms, REITS, developers and corporate users regarding all facets of
net-leased properties; he currently serves as an advisory board member
for the Investment Properties division of the firm. In 2016, Mr. Bosworth
and his partner, Will Pike, closed 196 transactions totaling $2.2 billion in
consideration. Together, they have executed more than 1,600 transactions—
valued in excess of $9.5 billion—throughout their careers.

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the CBRE Net Lease
Property Group, Mr. Pike’s focus is to advise institutions, private equity firms,

BRIAN PFOHL
As a Capital Markets Manager, Mr. Pfohl manages, oversees and performs
all aspects of the group’s property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis
and market research efforts. He is also directly responsible for marketing
the team’s disposition assignments and oversees the group’s buy-side desk,
which assists 1031 exchange buyers with finding and selecting appropriate
replacement properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Pfohl has been actively
involved in the underwriting and disposition of more than 430 transactions
totaling in excess of $3.5 billion.
ALINA MALINAUSKAITE
As a Senior Capital Markets Analyst, Ms. Malinauskaite performs and
manages all aspects of the group’s marketing channels. Her expertise in
project management, marketing, research and analysis enable her to provide
technological and marketing leadership for the CBRE NLPG. She plays an
active role in new business development and maintains the investor database
of more than 80,000 people. Throughout her career, Alina has been involved
in the underwriting and marketing of more than 320 transactions worth more
than $3 billion.
MATT MOUNTJOY
Mr. Mountjoy is a Capital Markets Analyst who uses his unique financial
expertise to support the group’s property valuation, underwriting, financial
analysis and market research. Through his comprehensive knowledge of
the net lease real estate space, Mr. Mountjoy also contributes valuably to
the group’s marketing efforts. He is actively involved in executing disposition
assignments for the NLPG team.
THOMAS CARR
As a Capital Markets Analyst, Mr. Carr plays an integral role in the group’s
property valuation, underwriting and marketing efforts. He also manages
the comparable sales database for the NLPG team, which specializes in the
disposition of single-tenant assets, national net-lease portfolios and corporate
sale-leasebacks, as well as advising 1031 exchange buyers.
VERLICE EVERETT
Verlice Everett is a Client Services Coordinator with CBRE’s Net Lease Property
Group. As a valued member of the team led by Chris Bosworth and Will Pike,
Ms. Everett performs the indispensable roll of overseeing and facilitating the
group’s financial operations. She also performs and manages all aspects of
client coordination and administrative functions for the NLPG team, which
specializes in the disposition of single-tenant assets, national net-lease
portfolios and corporate sale-leasebacks.

Mr. Skelly is a Capital Markets Analyst who is responsible for business
development, marketing, transaction management and the financial analysis
of net-leased retail and office investment properties. Mr. Skelly leads the
team’s buy-side desk, where he specializes in advising 1031 exchange
buyers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other private capital
sources regarding the acquisition of net-leased real estate.
Ms. Voss is a Capital Markets Analyst who contributes her expertise in writing
and editing—as well as her comprehensive knowledge of the net lease real
estate space—toward managing the team’s website, capabilities library
and case studies archive. Using her mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud,
Jane also actively participates in new business development and marketing
disposition assignments for the NLPG team.
