Please take a look at the frequently asked questions below and see the testominals on the following pages.
1. What should I expect during an initial session?
The client or clients will be evaluated on their speed, skill set strength, knowledge of the specific sport,
and their sports IQ.
2. Are initial sessions conducted as an individual or a group session?
This can be determined by the client. I understand that not everyone is completely comfortable working
in a group. I am happy to accommodate requests for individual sessions.
3. How long are individual sessions?
Individual workouts will be no less than 1 hour but may last up to 1 ½ hours.
4. How long are group sessions?
Group workouts are no less than 2 hours but may last up to 3 hours.
5. How many participants are included in group sessions?
These range from 3-15 people.
6. Will all group participants be training for the same sport?
Not necessarily. Groups can have clients from different sports when working on speed, strength,
endurance and some other skills.
7. Do you offer any programs for adults?
Yes! I also offer adult health management exercise classes.

NextLevelBBC Testimonials
My son Luke is currently finishing the sixth grade and has been working with Jason for two years
now. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Each workout involves drills that are different than
the previous workouts and develops new skills while constantly pushing Luke out of his comfort
zone. My only regret is that living 90 minutes away I can’t get Luke there more often.

Jason Sealey at Next Level BBC has trained our three children. He trained our daughter who is a
junior basketball player at Athens High School. Our two sons are soccer and basketball players at
Athens Middle School.
Jason’s ability to diagnose and enhance your child’s athletic strengths and weaknesses is
uncanny! His ability to improve ball-handling, shooting, foot skills, basketball and soccer IQ and
overall fitness is second to none. Our daughter became a leader on the court. She had some of
the top ball-handling, shooting and overall basketball IQ on her team. Her shooting average
from the free throw line this last season was 84%.
Our 7th grader went from timid basketball player to a sassy, confident ball handler in a few short
sessions. He was able to take on the role of point guard with confidence. Jason has basketball
players train with middle school, high school on up to Division I and pre-professional players.
This improves their endurance, risk-taking, confidence and IQ on the court. The 7th grader feels
that what he learned in basketball from Jason has also made him a better soccer player.
The 8th grader trains with Jason for soccer. His foot skills and fitness have improved dramatically.
He is much more adept at using his left foot now. In his last game, he scored two out of his
team’s three goals.
Jason truly cares and will do whatever he can to help your athlete succeed. The athletic
confidence, mastery, and conditioning your child will experience is outstanding! Jason Sealey,
Next Level BBC, is a hidden gem in Southeast Ohio that we feel truly lucky to have found!

Mr. Sealey and next level has impacted my life well beyond basketball. He has instilled values and
propelled me to a level of excellence that I never before seen. He always makes the workouts
fun, however work gets done in an efficient manner. His professionalism and generosity are one
of a kind. And it was truly a blessing to have encountered such a person.

Next Level BBC has really been a blessing to me. About 4 years ago I met Jason as a young guard.
Over a couple days of training my game was improved a ton. I learned so much from him and
really appreciate Next Level BBC. It truly raised my game to another level and I would not be
where I am today without Jason’s help. Take a chance and see how this company works. You will
become a much better ball player.

My name is Khalil Kennou, I go to Leeds Beckett University in England and play for the basketball
team. I first met Jason two summers ago in Ohio, he was the main person who trained me that
summer and knew how to push me to do those 5 a.m. track workouts. He showed me I can do
things I didn’t think I could do. I then saw Jason again this past summer this time we were in
Brooklyn, New York. He completely broadened my view of how bad people wanted it and how
hard they work on the court. Pushing me mentally, which is something I won’t forget for as long
as I play basketball. He knows exactly what needs to be worked on and how to work on them.
Working with him over the 2 past summers I got better as a player but more importantly mentally
stronger thus becoming a smarter and better person.

My name is Vivian Radabaugh and I am in the adult fitness program. Benefits for me have been
improved energy and reduced stress. I would recommend Mr. Sealey’s program to improve health.

My name is Kevin Camilo I am currently going to school at Hocking College in Nelsonville OH. I met
Jason originally at my high school in Brooklyn NY, where he was training the basketball team I was
on, and I decided to work with him individually to improve my overall game. Four years later I’m
still working with him. He has improved my game tremendously since then with all the unorthodox
drills “problem solvers” each time it’s always something new. He works on every aspect of the game
including the little details that others don’t see to help me improve. He pushes me out of my comfort
zone so I can be not only physically, but mentally prepared for the long run. Working with him over
the years I got better on and off the court as a player and as a person.
