This exciting class offers three 15-minutelong blocks of spinning, followed by functional training and ends with a final blast of spinning. We will challenge your cardio abilities while simultaneously improving your flexibility, abs, balance and lean power with functionality training. Cycling offers fitness training that is easy on your muscles and joints. If you suffer from joint pain or have problems with impact sports, then cycling is the perfect avenue to increase your fitness. It is the ideal way to learn the fundamentals of volleyball, basketball, handball and football .In addition to teaching basic ball skills such as dribbling, throwing, aiming, bouncing, shooting or passing, the sessions will help you to burn body fat, increase your fitness level, improve your motor skills, balance and hand-eye-coordination and boost your social skills through team building activities! Throughout this class you will be guided by the instructor through a variety of techniques and complimentary toning exercise to gain maximum benefit from WEEKLY ACTIVE (Teenage Girls) Losing body fat is one of the single most important steps you can take to help improve many aspects of your health and wellbeing; it can also reduce your risk of developing any serious health problems in the future. That’s the reason we offer a weekly class that consists of a variety of activities filled with excitement to help the teenager girls to lose as much body fat in a fun way, break times are included for rest in between activities. This exciting series will help you to make TEENS INTO STRENGTH (Teenage Boys) Introduction to safe and effective resistance training using gym related equipment, including soft free weights and body weight exercises that are targeting the whole body and suited for this age group development needs. Resistance training is based on the principle that muscles of the body will work to overcome a resistance force when required to do so. Health benefits of resistance training include improved muscle strength and tone, healthy weight, increased bone density and strength. TEENRX (Teenage Boys) "Make your body your machine" Introduction to suspension training with the Teen RX while emphasizing on correct posture, coordination and safe movements for a highly efficient full body workout. FITGAMES (Teenage Boys) Fun and challenging class with structured exercise games targeting endurance, strength and fitness via individual and team building activities. Depending on the weather this class will be held in the ASPIRE Dome or outdoors. BOXING FITNESS (Teenage Boys) Ideal if you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing without the actual ‘one on one’ contact. The class includes boxing techniques focusing on correct posture, footwork and combination punching. Your fitness level will greatly improve whilst you learn how to punch from the floor to ceiling, train with a speed ball, heavy bags and focus mitts. Boxing is also a great way to release stress: When you box, you reduce stress by hitting your zone and focusing on the technique required to throw a perfect punch. ROWING (Teenage Boys) There are three main components to health-related fitness, and two of these 'body composition' and 'cardio-respiratory' fitness are the major factors in preventing illness and disease. Regular rowing can increase your fitness in these areas. Our indoor rowing class is a low impact group fitness exercise perfect for all ages and fitness levels and ideal for those looking for a challenging workout that enhances cardiovascular fitness, decreases body fat. SWIM TEST (Compulsory Requirement) Why do we have to test you? Due to swimming pool depth and to ensure your safety, those who wish to enroll in aquatic classes are tested to determine current aquatic skills. Testing is based on the following criteria: * Confident entry into the water. * Ability to float comfortably on front or back. * Ability to swim 25 m confidently. * Confident whilst submerged under water.
