Making Bread in a bag!
1. Wash your hands, put on an apron and clean your table.
2. Cut parchment paper to put on the table.
3. Write your name and the recipe on the parchment paper.
 3 cups flour
 3 Tablespoons sugar
 1 package
 1 cup warm water
 3 Tablespoons oil
 1 ½ teaspoons salt
4. Gather all ingredients.

c. Salt
d. Yeast
e. Oil
f. Cooking spray
g. Measuring cups for dry ingredients and liquid ingredients.
h. Measuring spoons
i. Gallon size Ziploc bag
j. Permanent marker
k. Small aluminum baking pans

Put your name on the large Ziploc bag with a permanent marker.
Write you name on the bottom of 2 backing pans.
Pour flour into a large bowl. Pour sugar into a medium size bowl.
Measure one cup of flour into your bag.
9. Add 3 Tablespoons of sugar to the flour.

Ask an adult to cut open the yeast packet with a scissors.
Pour the yeast into the bag with the sugar and flour.
Measure one cup warm water and carefully pour that into your bag.
Zip up your bag! Ask an adult if you need help.
Squish all of the ingredients together in the bag.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Set the timer!
Label and grease 2 pans with cooking spray.
After 10 minutes, measure out 2 more cups of flour and add to the bag.

Measure 3 tablespoons of oil and add to the bag.
Measure 1 ½ teaspoons of salt and add to the bag.
Close up the bag and squish some more!

Sprinkle some flour on your parchment paper- about a ½ cup. Open up the
bag and pour it onto your parchment paper! Knead the dough until it is smooth.

Divide the dough in half by pulling it apart into 2 pieces.

Put each loave into a pan.

Now let them rise for 20-30 minutes. Turn on the oven to 375 degrees

Put them in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the loaves are
golden brown.

Let cool on wire racks before taking them out of the pans.

Slice and butter and enjoy!
