Please follow these guidelines to ensure collection. Please place containers at the curb by 6:00 a.m. The following items go in your yard debris cart: Yard and plant trimmings n Three (3) feet apart with lids opening toward street 4 in. diameter n At least three (3) feet from cars, trees, mailboxes nHouseplants nUndecorated holiday trees n Wheels as close to the curb as possible n Be sure the container lid is in place and properly strapped Please remove containers as soon as possible after collection nGarden vegetation nGrass & leaves nWeeds & prunings nBranches under 4 ft. long, (limit 4 ft. long, 4 in. diameter) Extra yard debris Put yard trimmings that don’t fit in your cart in one of these: DO NOT use plastic bags for yard waste nKraft paper yard bags n32-gallon cans with handles & lids (limit 60 lbs.) • Label cans “yard” • Put yard trimmings in loosely, so that cans empty easily nBundles Use fiber twine.
