All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying. and being in the forty-seventh (47) township, in the first
(1) range, west of the fifth (5) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
The south west quarter of section six (6) and all those portions of the north half and south east quarter
of the said section six (6) and the south west quarter of section seven (7) of the said township, not
covered by any of the waters of Pigeon Lake, containing four hundred eighty-five and seven hundredths (485.07) acres, more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:

Seventeen and six hundredths (17.06) acres, more or less, out of the said south east quarter of
section six (6), required for a subdivision, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the Land
Titles Office at Edmonton for the North Alberta Land Registration District as No. 4234 N.Y.

second (2) range, west of the fifth (5) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
The north half and south east quarter of section one (1) and all those portions of the south east quarter
of section twelve (12) and the south west quarter of section twenty-four (24) of the said township, not
covered by any of the waters of the said Pigeon Lake, containing six hundred forty-six and thirty
hundredths (646.30) acres, more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:

Eighty-six hundredths (0.86) of an acre, more or less, out of the said south east quarter of
section one (1), required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in
the said Land Titles Office as No. 4244 E.U.

Three and eighty-eight hundredths (3.88) acres, more or less, out of the said south west quarter
of section twenty-four (24), required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of
record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 1007 E.T.

Nine (9.00) acres, more or less, out of the said south west quarter of section twenty-four (24)
being more particularly described as follows:Commencing at the north east corner of the said
quarter section; thence westerly along the north boundary thereof four hundred (400.00) feet;
thence southerly and parallel to the east boundary of the said quarter section thirteen hundred
(1300.00) feet, more or less, to the west shoreline of the said Pigeon Lake; thence northeasterly
along the said shoreline to the intersection with the said east boundary; thence northerly along
the said east boundary seven hundred (700.00) feet, more or less, to the paint of commencement.
The lands herein described contain one thousand ninety-five and seventy-two hundredths (1,095.72)
acres, more or less.
