Egg-TasticTM Egg Cooker Recipes
For all egg recipes shown here we have used 2 extra large eggs that will
serve 1 or 2 people. You may cook with 1 egg if you prefer. It is best to
use room temperature eggs.
The Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker will hold up to 2 eggs per batch plus 3/4
cup total of additional ingredients.
Important: All meats must be pre-cooked before adding to these
recipes. The time it takes for perfect eggs will never be enough to cook
meats properly. It is especially important to pre-cook bacon to get that
Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Cheese
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 1 Minute +25 Seconds
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 Cup Cheese, Swiss, Monterey Jack,
Cheddar (use any cheese that will melt)
2. 1/3 Cup Green and Red Peppers
3. 2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Dice cheese into chunks approximately 1/4”
in size. Measure 1/4 cup and set aside.
2. Slice green and red peppers approximately
1/4” and dice into square shaped chunks.
Place 1/3 cup of mixed peppers into the
Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
3. Crack 2 eggs directly into the Egg-Tastic™
Egg Cooker. Stir with fork until egg whites
and yolks are thoroughly mixed with chopped
peppers. Put the lid on the Egg-Tastic™ Egg
Cooker, place in microwave and cook
for 1 minute.
4. Remove Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker from
microwave with oven mitts. Remove cover and
mix contents with a fork. Place back in
microwave and repeat this process until eggs
reach the fluffy consistency that suites your
taste.
5. When eggs are cooked to your liking, stir in
cheese, recover and let stand on counter for
10 -20 seconds until cheese is melted. Transfer
to plate, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Scrambled Eggs with Scallions and Cheese
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 1 Minute +25 Second
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 Cup Cheese, Swiss, Monterey Jack,
Cheddar (use any cheese that will melt)
2. 1/3 Cup Chopped Scallions
3. 2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Dice cheese into chunks approximately 1/4”
in size. Measure 1/4 cup and set aside.
2. Wash and dice scallions approximately 1/4”
in length. Place 1/3 cup of diced scallions into
the Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
3. Crack 2 eggs directly into the Egg-Tastic™
Egg Cooker. Stir with fork until egg whites and
yolks are thoroughly mixed with diced scallions.
Put the lid on the Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker,
place in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
4. Remove Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker from
microwave with oven mitts. Remove cover and
mix contents with a fork. Place back in
microwave and repeat this process until eggs
reach the fluffy consistency that suites your
taste.
5. When eggs are cooked to your liking, stir in
cheese, recover and let stand on counter for
10 -20 seconds or until cheese is melted.

Vegetable Tips: Vegetables such as onions, peppers, mushrooms,
scallions and chives will cook to a fresh, crisp texture during the egg
cooking procedure. Vegetables like potatoes usually need to be
pre-cooked in order to achieve the correct texture. If you prefer your
vegetables to have a softer texture, you may pre-cook them to your
individual taste in the Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Cheese
and Chives
Prep Time: 6 minutes
Cook Time: 1 Minute +25 Seconds
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 Cup Cheese, Swiss, Monterey Jack,
Cheddar (use any cheese that will melt)
2. 5-6 Chive Sprigs medium chopped
3. 2-3 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
4. 2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Dice cheese into chunks approximately 1/4”
in size. Measure 1/4 cup and set aside.
2. Wash and chop chive sprigs approximately
1/4” in length. Place chopped chives into the
Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
3. Separate and place 2-3 bacon strips on
double paper towel on plate add paper towel
on top to absorb grease during cooking. Cook
for 1 minute. Check progress and cook in
additional 30-second intervals until desired
crispness is achieved. Let cool a bit, then
crumble and add to Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
Pre-cooked bacon may be used.

Western Scrambled Eggs with Ham, Red &
Green Peppers & Cheddar Cheese
Prep Time: 7 minutes
Cook Time: 1 Minute +40 Seconds
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (sharp or mild)
2. 1/4 Cup Red and Yellow Peppers
3. 1/4 Cup Cubed Ham
4. 2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Dice cheese into chunks approximately 1/4”
in size. Measure 1/4 cup and set aside.
2. Slice yellow and red peppers approximately
1/4” and dice into square shaped chunks.
Place 1/4 cup of mixed peppers into the
Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
3. Using 1 slice of 1/4” cooked ham, dice into
small square chunks. Measure 1/4 cup and
add to the Egg-Tastic™ Egg Cooker.
4. Crack 2 eggs directly into the Egg-Tastic™
Egg Cooker. Stir with fork until egg whites and
yolks are thoroughly mixed with other
ingredients. Put the lid on the Egg-Tastic™
Egg Cooker, place in microwave and cook for
1 minute.
