Competitive Events
We are happy to offer 4 competitive events at the Fall Leadership Conference.
Junior HOSA Recruitment Poster
The purpose of the Junior HOSA Recruitment Poster competitive event is to create a recruitment poster
to attract middle school members to join a Jr. HOSA Chapter. Details are located in the event
guidelines on the FLC page.
Membership Recruitment Display
The purpose of the HOSA Membership Recruitment Display competitive event is to create a display
along the same lines of Career Health Display to use at the local high school to attract secondary
HOSA members into your own chapter. Details are located in the event guidelines on the FLC page.
Chapter T-Shirt Design Contest
Georgia HOSA chapters have been designing excellent chapter shirts that show Georgia HOSA’s pride
for years! We want to recognize those chapters for their hard work and select a chapter who best
designs a Georgia HOSA shirt based on this year’s conference theme for use at the SLC. The winning
design will be sold at the State Leadership Conference t-shirt in Athens, GA as the official conference tshirt. Details are located in the event guidelines on the FLC page.
State Pin Design Contest
Each year Georgia HOSA members display their peach state pride by trading the official state trading
pin with other state HOSA affiliates at the National Leadership Conference. Each state has different
ways to come about creating the pin, but at the end the goal is to attend the NLC and get as many
other state HOSA pins as possible! Georgia HOSA opens our design process to the members. Details
are located in the event guidelines on the FLC page.
Dress Code
HOSA Dress Code will be strictly enforced at the Fall Leadership Conference. Please see the Dress
Code section of the Chapter Management Guide for further information regarding proper attire for
General Sessions, Competitive Events, and casual functions.
