Community Relations  ‐ o Student Services  Executive VP  Painting Harlem o Friday at 7 to 9 pm in MPR o There will be music, refreshments, and a painting contest  3 outside judges  Night Abroad o Performance including students and choir o Displays and food o The Diversity Conference is the day of the event  Eagle Stress Line o Alex will be talking to the different leadership groups o Will have it up and running by Fan Appreciation Night so we can publicize  Clubs Rep  Thanks for helping with Club Rush  ICC should be coming up soon  SUN Center Service Projects o Waffle Wednesday with proceeds going to buying Children Books for Samoa o Museum o Boys and Girls Club may need Math Tutors soon o Rising Raptors at elementary o Snow shoveling whenever there is bad enough snow  Diversity Rep  ‐  Athletics  ‐ o Activities  VP of Activities  Fan Appreciation Night o Next Tuesday at 5 o Snow Game o Free shirts and food o Prizes give away  Big one is a trip to Disneyland o Games during timeouts  Everyone will need to help  Sign ups next week o EUSA can win if they aren’t helping 
