MOUTH GUARDS!!!
The new office has proven to be helpful in accommodating the annual
“Mouth Guard Day” for the area athletes. Drs. Albiero, Templin, Jakusz and
Zambon donated impression making services and the fabrication of PRO-Form
professional mouth guards to youth football athletes. The mouth guards we
offer allow for great retention and protection for athlete’s teeth. We enjoyed
meeting the 2014 football players and are excited to see them in
action this year. Dental Professionals has donated more than 2000
mouth guards over the past 30 years for the Germantown Hawks Football
participants and the Germantown High School football players!

Help us support our troops by supplying
our service men and women with some sweet tooth satisfaction!
We hope everyone had a wonderful summer! Now that it is the fall season, we are looking forward to
school, football, the changing colors of the leaves and….the Halloween Candy Buyback!
This year will be even more exciting as we help our service men and women! We are doing our best
to help them by setting Dental Professionals’ goal at 500 pounds of candy this year. Last year we shipped
nearly 400 pounds! Kids will have the fun of Trick or Treating, and their piggy banks will benefit as well.
We will pay $1.00 per pound (up to $5.00) for your unopened Halloween candy (all kinds,
including chocolate). All donors will additionally receive a tooth brush as a token of our thanks.
Besides helping our troops, this is a great way for our youth to give back!
Candy will be collected November 3rd from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at our office.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
We encourage all to bring a “Thank You” letter or creative picture to send to our soldiers.
It only takes five minutes and will bring joy to our troops. Should you not bring a letter
or picture with you, we will have a coloring station available at the “BuyBack”.
The letters will be sent with the candy.
Examples of what to say:
• Express your thanks for their sacrifice and service
• Share a little about yourself (child’s first name only)
• Talk about sports, weather, pets, hobbies, music, movies
• Can’t find words? Draw a picture instead!
The candy and letters will be sent to our troops. They will receive individual holiday packages.

GRAND OPENING!
The grand opening of the new office space continues the mission
of Dental Professionals! We continue to provide high quality dental
care to the Germantown area with our pediatric specialist Dr. Chad
Zambon and our outstanding team of general dentists Dr. Albiero,
Dr. Templin and Dr. Jakusz. The new office provides a family based
reception area with a kids room complete with fish tank, computer
games, and television monitored for all ages. The adults can relax
in front of our fire place or find themselves sitting in our café with
a cup of coffee and the news or catching up with work using the
wireless wi-fi available to all patients.
The updated treatment areas are equipped to provide prompt,
efficient dental care, and offers general dentistry, preventive care,
children’s dentistry, and cosmetic care services. Dental Professionals
has extended knowledge of restoring implants, treatment planning
and delivering dentures and partials, as well as creating an
exceptionally comfortable dental experience. We welcome you
and yours to our office any time!

Welcome!
Hi All!,
My name is Heather. I have been a hygienist
since 2004 and can honestly say
I love what I do. I have been working
at Dental Professionals for about 3 months and have enjoyed
meeting new friends, coworkers and patients alike! Although
I am new to DP, I am not new to Germantown. My husband
and I, with our two children, Charlie (7) and Ella (4)
have lived in Germantown for 6 years. The kiddo’s
keep us pretty busy running around to baseball, golf,
dance, etc. In our free time we love spending time
together with our families, hitting up a Brewers game and dining
out at some of Milwaukee’s new hot spots. My personal passion is
photography.
I am happy to call DP my new home and hope I get the chance to
meet you soon!!
GUACAMOLE
3 ripe avocados
Juice from one lime
1 med size tomato (diced)
1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
1 jalapeño (finely chopped & seeded)
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
Mash avocado & lime juice. Then add remaining
ingredients & stir to combine.
