RE-DESIGNATION OF MR. CHAN TECK EE VINCENT FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of 800 Super Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes
to announce the re-designation of Mr. Chan Teck Ee Vincent from Executive Director and
Chief Operating Officer to Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2015.
Following the aforesaid re-designation, the oversight of the operations and project
management of the Group will now be undertaken by all the Executive Directors of the
Company.
The compositions of the Board, Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration
Committee remain unchanged.
