This form is to buy case quantities of items on sale through our Co-op Deals or Owner Bonus Buy programs. For all
other pre-orders use the regular pre-order form. Please take responsibility for your order, fill out the form carefully and
completely after reading the instructions below. Thank you!
Instructions:
• You can fill out this form directly from the sale tag or the sale flyer, keep in mind all order are subject to availability; there are times when
the warehouse has temporary out-of-stocks.
•
• The pricing is the same as buying item off the shelf at the sale price, however working owners will get their discounts on top of these sale
prices.
•
• If you can’t place your order in person please call us, we can arrange to have you phone or fax in your order.
•
• If you have questions fill out the form with as much info as possible; be sure to put your phone number so we can call you for questions
and details. And feel free to ask for help!
•
• Please hand your pre-order to a cashier when completed.
•
• You will get a call when your order is ready. Before you pick up your order you must first pay for it at the register, just tell the cashier
you have a pre-order, then a cashier or other employee will help you find your order.
•
• At the time of pick-up look over your order carefully. Returns for incorrect items cannot be accepted once you have removed your order
from the store.
•
• Once your order arrives, you have four days to pick it up. With some items you can make special arrangements with the buyer, but if it’s
has been four days and we can’t reach you we reserve the right to return your order to the distributor for credit. We have a short
window for returns and often can’t sell the item on our shelves.
NOTE: you will still get the sale price if you pick up the item after the sale has ended, as long as it was ordered within the sale period.
