IN Community Magazines
The fastest-growing advertising medium in Pennsylvania, IN Community
Magazines is a series of five hyperlocal community magazines that are direct
mailed to over 200,000 residents in 75,000+ affluent Main Line homes and
businesses.
Our quarterly magazines are unique in that they are partnered with your local
school district and township to provide relevant, upbeat, local content. Your
magazine is then mailed to every household and business in the community.
Advertising sponsors enjoy the benefit of targeting a very specific audience
through a well-received, direct-mailed community magazine. Our rates start at
only a few pennies per household.
We look forward to the opportunity to promote your business.

Over the summer, the College Board released the 2014-2015 Advanced Placement scores and Conestoga students again scored
exceptionally well. In May 2015, 795 Conestoga students completed 1593 tests in 27 different subjects. Scores are reported on a
scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being
the highest score a student
can achieve. Scores of 3
or better are considered
to be “College Ready” by
the College Board. 95% of
the tests administered at
Conestoga were in the 3 or
better range and the overall
mean score was 4.10, which
falls in the “well prepared”
range. “AP scores continue
to be a point of pride for
Conestoga as they highlight
the achievement of our
students and strength
of our program,” states
Conestoga High School
Principal Dr. Amy Meisinger.

Navigating the T/E School District Web Site
The T/E School District’s web site is the hub of its communications program. With over 6,700 individual web pages, the District
web site houses information for all stakeholders: students, parents, staff members, tax payers and prospective home buyers. The
District home page and school home pages feature an “In the News” section where the most current information is located, as well
as frequently used “Quick Links” and an Events column that lists upcoming events and activities from the District calendar. The web
site has headers with drop-down menus at the top of each page to help users navigate through the site. Headers at the top of each
web page include: Our District, Community, Departments, Human Resources, Schools, School Board, Staff and Calendar. In addition
to timely news and announcements, the School District web site contains a wide variety of resources including policies and
regulations, meeting agendas and minutes, videos of School Board meetings, budget information, employment information and
more. Last year, the web site received a total of 736,336 visits during the school year with an average of over 52,000 visits/month.
The T/E School District web site also hosts the District calendar, which has been digital since 2011 and can be exported to mobile
devices and other calendar programs such as Microsoft Outlook. In 2014, the District implemented mobile apps to provide easy
access from smartphones and other mobile devices.
Athletics News
Parents and students utilize the District web site and the individual
school web sites to access student grades (at the middle and high school
level), teacher web pages, lunch menus, the cycle day calendar, forms
and staff directories. From their school’s web site, middle and high school
students are able to access their student email, Office 365, summer
assignments and other resources specifically for students. Each teacher
is able to update his or her own teacher web page to post assignments,
classroom materials and instructional resources depending on the
teacher’s communication needs.

IN Community starts new magazines when school districts and
townships request their own “IN” magazine.
Thirty-three Conestoga seniors have been
recognized for their achievements as National Merit
Semifinalists. This recognition is based on their
performance on the 2014 Preliminary SAT/National
Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT)
tests.
Nationwide there are approximately 16,000
semifinalists in the 61st Annual Scholarship Program.
They represent less than 1% of United States high
school seniors.
These students will go on to compete for some
8,000 scholarships through the National Merit
Corporation or its sponsoring organizations.
