Domino’s Pizza
2010 Charitable Giving
St. Jude patients during the
Thanks and Giving campaign.
A Message From
Our CEO
Dear Friends,
Domino’s Pizza will look back on 2010 as a year that delivered
many memorable moments. We opened our 9,000th store,
reinvented our pizza recipe and celebrated our 50th birthday.
I am both pleased and proud that the area of charitable giving
also delivered a memorable moment. We marked the largest
charitable donation in the history of our company with a
$2.7 million gift to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
Since becoming the company’s national partner in 2004,
Domino’s Pizza has supported St. Jude through its
participation in Thanks and Giving®, a national fundraising
campaign. Throughout the holiday season, stores across the
country asked customers to add a donation to their order for
St. Jude. With the combined support of customers, stores and
franchisees – as well as a company contribution – Domino’s
Pizza raised more than $2.7 million for St. Jude, a 35 percent
increase from last year. In just over five years, Domino’s has
raised more than $9 million to support the lifesaving efforts
of St. Jude.
In addition to our national partnership with St. Jude, Domino’s
Pizza also reaches out to make a difference in the communities
of our customers and team members. Whether it is a store crew
member volunteering for a cause they are passionate about,
our local store owners delivering pizzas to their area schools
or a store manager hosting a fundraising night for a local
nonprofit, the giving spirit of Domino’s is evident in communities
everywhere.
Over just the last five years, the Domino’s Pizza system has
directly contributed, as well as helped raise, approximately
$10.3 million for charitable organizations through both
monetary and in-kind giving in communities across the country.
We hope you will continue to follow our progress in the
important area of charitable giving. Domino’s looks forward to
building on our current charitable programs while making a
meaningful and lasting impact on many deserving organizations
and individuals.
Sincerely,
J. Patrick Doyle
President and CEO
On Dec. 9, Franchisee Brian Edler
made 206 cheese pizzas, setting
a new world record for the most
pizzas made in one hour. Edler
held a fundraiser to coincide with
his record-breaking bid, collecting
$33,000 that was donated to
Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation
and other local charities.
FUNDRAISING IN YOUR
NEIGHBORHOOD
The Delivering the Dough fundraising
card program has been a popular local
fundraiser in stores across the country
since in 2004. To date, more than 2 million
cards have been sold to assist nonprofit
organizations in raising an estimated $9.5
million since the program began.
The cards are sold to nonprofit
organizations for $1 and include peel-off
discounts that are accepted at participating
Domino’s Pizza locations. Organizations
then sell them for $10 each to people or
groups in their local communities and
make a $9 profit for each card sold.
DOMINO’S PIZZA PARTNERS
FOUNDATION
This independent nonprofit organization
was established in 1986 to assist Domino’s
people in need. Team members contribute
to this foundation knowing that the funds
will help others in the Domino’s family.
Over the years, nearly $11 million has been
given to franchisees and team members
who have been victims of accidents,
illness or natural disasters. Funds are
raised primarily through employee payroll
deductions, franchisee contributions and
various fundraising events. In 2010 alone,
the Partners Foundation assisted nearly
1,000 team members in need, distributing
over $850,000 in financial assistance.
TEAM MEMBER VOLUNTEERS
Domino’s Pizza makes monetary donations,
but we also lend support through countless
volunteer hours around the country. Our
corporate team members demonstrate
their passion and commitment to causes
they believe in by donating their personal
time and talents. Whether it’s someone
using their technical skills to help a
nonprofit design its website, running in a
local marathon to support cancer research
or volunteering time in their child’s
classroom – the giving spirit of Domino’s
team members is always at work.
In 2010, Domino’s Pizza donated more
than $58,350 of in-kind gifts, including gift
certificates and pizza deliveries to various
organizations supported by our team
members.

ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
Domino’s Pizza has been a proud supporter and strong ally of St. Jude since it
was named as a national partner in 2004. Domino’s has been successful in raising
both awareness and funds, helping St. Jude continue its lifesaving research and
tireless efforts to save children around the world.
THANKS AND GIVING – A RECORD AMOUNT
Domino’s stores nationwide participated in the 2010 Thanks and Giving campaign
by asking customers for a donation to help the kids of St. Jude. With the combined
support of customers, stores and team members – along with a corporate and
franchise fund contribution of $250,000 – Domino’s Pizza raised more than
$2.7 million for the kids of St. Jude. The addition of two new ways to donate,
through texting or mobile ordering, provided customers with more ways to give
and helped us make the largest single charitable donation in the company’s
history. In six years, Domino’s has raised more than $9 million through
Thanks and Giving to support the efforts of St. Jude.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Domino’s Pizza also supports St. Jude through in-kind donations all year long.
It provides pizza parties for St. Jude patients and their families, and offers gift
certificates to be used at family housing facilities including Memphis Grizzlies
House and Target House. Domino’s Pizza features the St. Jude logo on millions
of Domino’s Pizza boxes and through a link on dominos.com to assist in raising
awareness for the hospital.

LOCAL STORE OWNERS
In addition to the work Domino’s Pizza does for communities on a corporate level,
we are proud to have the support of nearly 1,200 franchisees across the country
that are giving back to their own communities.
The owner of your local Domino’s Pizza store often lives in the same community
and takes great pride in supporting local causes. Local store owners might show
their support through pizza donations to local schools, volunteering their time to
support a cause they are passionate about or hosting a fundraising night in their
store to support a nonprofit organization. Their charitable efforts help strengthen
their local community, making it a better place to work and live for everyone.
